I think it's normal. But 5 hrs is too much. It should be fine in 3 hrs.

If u r not satisfied ur during *** ur harmone will trigger again in short period.

If u r well satisfied u won't think about *** .ur interest may take time for next.

Other thing is attractive n pleasure which will make u arose again.

Food habits too play role on this

I think 5 hours of recovery time is reasonable and normal.
@Mohit - try to relax. Don't focus only on ***/inserting. Have fun, enjoy body play and you may become hard.

As long as you are getting hard again either after 5 hours or next day... you are good.. nothing to worry. The time taken is totally different from each other. don't worry about if others are getting hard within 3 hours or 3 mins.. Just go with how your body reacts.. All normal.. Just calm down.. and enjoy

Age is a factor - also level of stimulation and excitment. I am so turned on by young who need a Daddy..

Losing interest in *** after ejaculations is normal. The recover time varies from person to person. Enjoy *** ... all aspects of it.

@mohit_top.. what you have is "performance anxiety". *** is like a journey ... u have to enjoy both the journey as well as the final destination. Relax and enjoy the time together, foreplay, and ultimately ***/ejaculation. Try meditation, avoid thinking abt *** all the time, seeing too much of ***, and finally get some physical exercise.

@zaroon,you don't need a gay doc. Visit any reputed sexologist or an endocrinologist. I suggest visiting a sexologist. If you google them, you'll be able to book an appointment online i guess. I don't know any myself

@Lips4hugepoles, thank you much.

I can understand. I just want to be open about my preference and orientation while I consult and discuss this problem so that the doctor fully aware of my *** life and the problem too. Just a comfort to open up in front of same oreintation people otherwise, I m very shy to discuss with a straight doctor.

Just think of him as a friend and open up. A good doctor is always bound to keep his patient's details confidential.

Besides, you need not tell him about having gay *** because it may not be very relevant information to treat your condition.

Sree: First of all you have to start believing that all this happening is not a problem , Its a little bit of mind set which affects your sexual behaviour which impacts on your other aspects of life. Loosing *** after first encounter be it masterbating or sexual penetration ,, one definitely loose ***, now as someone said age surely matters (so here we dont know your age) but otherwise also some people who are having high testatrone or libido basis their age get *** faster and as age goes by it frequency or time reduces. SO IN SHORT YOU ARE NORMAL. . Now if we talk about the 5hrs thing the here you have to change your life style that is start taking less stress in life , eat natural food having minerals and vitamins which help trigger your libido. have dates with milk , have aswaghandha , have even heard people eating gulkahnd, nuts etc go to you tube as see the kind of foods that help over come the libido time. MOST IMP SLEEP WELL as sleep deprivation affects a lot in these type of cases. if you feel as an adult you instead of sleeping 6-7 hrs is less than make sure you sleep early and sleep for 8-9 hrs. atleast initial period till you feel its solving your problems , it may take time but you are not at loss as its beneficial in many other ways. Certain life style change will definitely help ...... I can say this as i have practised this on myelf and seen better times from my issue to some extend similar to ZAROON

Also most important do not compare yourself with anyone all individual is different body and levels of *** hormones

ZAROON will write for you too as i got to go now .... will come back

thx

Thanks dingdong... i feel their anxiety as have also struggled the same thoughts n feeling and its scary till you reach a stable mind. The worse is when you dont know whom to talk to these things and also when u dont have anyone around to talk to. its a self help and patience scenerio.
If you are in the right path u get out of it and if wrong then u get further deep into it which ultimately leads one to depression or feel low adding more to the agony u going through which eventually will force one to think that now nothing will happen of their case. It is this situation which will not let them come out of the depression and then even if they are trying hard the remedies suggested by docs or friends still it will not help and one will continue feeling the same. SO thats when I meant earlier that ONE SHOULD BELIEVE IN YOURSELF FIRST BEFORE STARTING THE HEALING REMEDIES. So Guys facing such issues first mentally leave your sexual issue aside for time being and try to be happy in mind by enjoying life and being positive that will help uplift your mood and eventually help you come out of depression . this will solve more than 50 % of your prob and you will feel it and meanwhile change your diet and life style as mentioned in earlier msg once you re out of feeling low or depression than you will see the difference which will give you confidence to further take your treatment ahead and win over your issues. Please understand Depression is of many type it is not necessary that one can see or feel many a times its hidden and you dont realise and u feel its just feeling low , so identify first and start self healing in this manner. I am sure one does know that things dont happen overnight so have patience and build up confidence by going step wise. Also I almost forgot one imp point PLEASE DO EXERCISES , IT HELPS ONE TO COME OUT OF DEPRESSION.

So see guys u have to understand the Psychology behind all this as u can see one leads to another and another which forces you to believe something which you are not by showing the effects on your body and health which you see and believe and become a prey to feeling low.

Hope this will help many ESP ZAROON as this is what i wanted to tell you , I have undergone so i could relate to your probs, I was in major stress and in big time depression which affected my *** and libido just like yours ... the feeling had gone completely as something bad had happened in my life . It took me nearly 4 yrs to come out of depression all by myself after identifying all by my self as i couldnt take or have any one to talk abt all this or any of my probs. I have put in great effort to not only come out but also start the remedies my way by reading and youtube videos for food sleep etc . Trust me i see a good change now.
To my surprise i once landed up screwing on guy and also when once someone was gibing me BJ i was hard and infact i was hard before he started when we were kissing etc. The point is when i see my self 4 yrs back and now i see a drastic change. Before getting into *** first deal with your mental issues regarding your problems then automatically you will reach a certain level from where u can handle by other treatments

I think i have written a lot to bore all of you ... hope this helps

ZAROON this is what i wanted to write for you . U can surely consult the doc as they are certified ... this is only my experience and i am not a certified doc am just a very normal guy who has similar probs like yours.

bye guys

Guys I have a question to all of u, ie can any guy get impotent, if he got *** in his ***.

Navindiesel: Please read the below for your clarification .... It may help others here too who are suffering from partial fall in libido or sexual urge or initial or full impotency

What Is Impotence?
Impotence is a condition that consistently affects a person’s ability to achieve or maintain an ***, or ability to achieve ejaculation. It’s a form of erectile dysfunction (ED).

There can be several contributing factors for impotence. These include both emotional and physical disorders. According to The Merck Manual, an estimated 50 percent of men ages 40 to 70 experience some ED at one time or another. The risk of impotence increases with age.

It’s also been noted that men with more education are less likely to experience impotence, probably because they have healthier lifestyles on average.
Impotence often has a negative affect on *** life, and can cause additional stress, depression, and low self-esteem.

Understanding the most common potential causes can help a person identify why they may be experiencing the condition.

1. Endocrine Diseases
The body’s endocrine system produces hormones that regulate metabolism, sexual function, reproduction, mood, and much more.

Diabetes is an example of an endocrine disease that can cause a person to experience impotence. Diabetes affects the body’s ability to utilize the hormone insulin. One of the side effects associated with chronic diabetes is nerve damage. This affects *** sensations. Other complications associated with diabetes are impaired blood flow and hormone levels. Both of these factors can contribute to impotence.

2. Neurological and Nerve Disorders
Several neurologic conditions can increase the risk for impotence. Nerve conditions affect the brain’s ability to communicate with the reproductive system. This can prevent a person from achieving an ***.

Neurological disorders associated with impotence include:

Alzheimer’s disease
Parkinson’s disease
brain or spinal tumors
multiple sclerosis
stroke
temporal lobe epilepsy
People who have had prostate gland surgery can also experience nerve damage that causes impotence.

Long distance bicycle riders can also experience temporary impotence. This is because repeated pressure on the buttocks and genitals can affect the function of the nerves.

3. Taking Medications
Taking certain medications can affect blood flow, which can lead to ED. A person should never stop taking a medicine without their doctor’s permission, even if it’s known to cause impotence.

Examples of medications known to cause impotence include:

alpha-adrenergic blockers, including tamsulosin (Flomax)
beta-blockers, such as carvedilol (Coreg) and metoprolol (Lopressor)
cancer chemotherapy medications, such as cimetidine (Tagamet)
central nervous system depressants, such as alprazolam (Xanax), diazepam (Valium), and codeine (found in various brand name drugs)
central nervous system stimulants, such as cocaine or amphetamines
diuretics, such as furosemide (Lasix) and spironolactone (Aldactone)
selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or SSRIs (Prozac, Paxil)
synthetic hormones, such as leuprolide (Eligard)
4. Cardiac-Related Conditions
Conditions that affect the heart and its ability to pump blood well can cause impotence. Without enough blood flow to the ***, a person can’t achieve an ***.

Atherosclerosis, a condition that causes the blood vessels to become clogged, can cause impotence. High cholesterol and high blood pressure (hypertension) are also associated with increased risks for impotence.

5. Lifestyle Factors and Emotional Disorders
To achieve an ***, a person must first go through what’s known as an excitement phase. This phase can be an emotional response. If a person has an emotional disorder, this affects their ability to become sexually excited.

Depression and anxiety are associated with increased risk for impotence. Depression is a feeling of sadness, loss of hope, or helplessness. Fatigue related to depression can also cause impotence.

Performance anxiety can be another cause of impotence. If a person wasn’t able to achieve an *** in the past, he may fear he won’t be able to achieve an *** in the future. A person may also find he can’t achieve an *** with a certain partner. Someone with ED related to performance anxiety may be able to have full erections when masturbating or when sleeping, yet he isn’t able to maintain an *** during intercourse.

Abuse of drugs like cocaine and amphetamines can also cause impotence. Alcohol abuse and alcoholism can affect a person’s ability to achieve or maintain an *** as well. See your doctor if you suspect that you may have a substance abuse problem.

Treatment
Treatments are available for impotence, including prescription medications, natural remedies, and lifestyle changes.

Prescription Medications

There are a variety of medical treatments that can be used to treat impotence. Prescription treatments and other medical interventions to help treat impotence include:

sidenafil (Viagra)
tadalafil (Cialis)
vardenafil (Staxyn, Levitra)
testosterone replacement
blood vessel surgery
psychological counseling
Natural Remedies

For those who want to avoid prescription medication, there are a variety of natural remedies known to help treat impotence.

Some natural or alternative remedies for impotence include:

acupuncture
ginseng
pomegranate juice
Before you use any natural remedies, make sure that you consult your doctor first.

Lifestyle Changes

Whether a person’s impotence has a physical or an emotional cause, there are many cases where lifestyle changes can reduce their struggle with ED.

According to the Mayo Clinic, these lifestyle and behavior changes include:

smoking and drinking less
strengthening communication in a romantic relationship
reducing anxiety
exercising more and following a healthy diet
Prevention
Impotence has a large number of causes, but there are still measures you can take to help prevent it.

Methods of possible prevention include:

taking part in physical exercise, which decreases the risk of impotence
avoiding smoking, drugs, or alcohol abuse
getting enough sleep
following a healthy diet
reducing stress, anxiety, and depression
Outlook
Impotence can change a person’s life and affect their self-esteem. Although aging is often associated with erectile dysfunction, growing older isn’t necessarily one of the biggest causes of impotence. ED isn’t considered a natural part of aging. Aging is just a risk factor. Some never struggle with impotence.

Though erectile dysfunction can have a negative impact on *** life, it’s a treatable condition. Many interventions exist that can help a person regain their sexual function, including natural remedies, medications, and lifestyle changes.

Because impotence can signal an underlying health problem, make an appointment with your doctor if it becomes a consistent problem, even if you think it’s just stress.

It is normal for a guy not to feel got or *** or erected once u have ejaculation in form of masterbation or ***. This duration may be for next 24hrs.. once u are ejaculated u feel relaxed, feel like sleep for few more hrs then go back to ur daily life on other activities and dont get distracted and u get ur concentration is more. It is good normal healthy not to get erected hot *** for next couple of few hrs otherwise we guys either need to control or would land in overdoing ejaculation. But those specifically who are hairy has got typically more high testosterone hormone than average guys and feel hot after 4 hrs from the first ejaculation. Thats why we as guy usually dont feel erected even if we see nude msle or female after ejaculation for next couple of hrs for sure.
Similarly if u control too much and dont masterbate or *** ur sperm is bound to come out in ur sleep and till then after 4 to 5 days u start feeling *** .. see *** dream, feel like fouching.. same kind of things who masterbate in a month or hardly do from labour class they become super *** and land in ***. That is just form of outburst that could have been avoided by masterbate or just 2 mins bj. Apart from these u can increase volume, thickness and rate of production of sperm by change in life style and food habit. All those are very very effective and already been discussed. Try to add cod liver oil in ur regular diet, one spoon of whey protein added with milk or juice, any type of fish for a month if u can take u will see amazing result.massage ur *** with mustard oil mixed with 1 spoon of salt during ur bath. Everyday if u do for 15 mins will give u amazing shape and size. U can do sometime with olive oil. Target should be not to *** while massaging while i land up with full ejaculation in 3 mins.
Add nuts and brocolli and every day 2 eggs boiled or half boiled.
While doing *** try to njoy more than follosing rules. Remember the person or ur *** partner at that point of time opposite to u is the form that is most desurable for you.whatever u njoy should do. Other partner should be considerate.. feeling each other and njoying is more important. We for m2m get reeled under too much rules and precondition and i feel that spoil the whole thing. If ur top u need to perform these.. u are bttm u are bound to perform these.. this attitude dont help.. other partner needs to be considerate if someone reallt doesnot like something and vice versa and both should try not to satisfy only himself but give care bit to his partner njoyment as well. We guys do the same with girls.. intervourse till we *** and stop and thats how we finish our *** with gal and broadly got the same tendency. But here with a guy both will *** and till then he would be *** but for a gal the guy only needs to perform. It should be just fun natural and part of ur life.. u cannt be tensed or stressed while doing rather this should be stress buster and make u to forget all other tension in ur life for that good 1hr. And def there is no compulsion.u dont need to compare how u were last yr or with another guy.. should be ready to go with the flow with certain precaution and njoy to the fullest. If still problem persists consult gynaecologists doctor and to do that as someone rightly told u dont even need to tell with whom u want to or having. Be it guy or gal ur *** and ejaculatiin is important.. be it guy gives u bj or girl.. if u are fcking a guy or a gal.. it is ur choice.. dr now know u are engaging in a sexual avtivities and u find difficult to ***. Even if this difgiculties there while masterbation like u dont get erected even after a day wheras u are trying to jerk or urs is erected but hardly getting sperm or struggle a lot. I have seen a guy who was erected but to *** he had to struggle for 60mins by consistently jerking for 1hrs. A guy in 20s if struggle to *** though is erected for than 30mins.. should once consult dr. IN bangalore, cloud nine or columbia asia would be best. Otherwise fortis or apollo. Try to go to the right and best dr who would guide u properly if at all required. All the best

try tadalafil 10 mg. it work better than Viagra(sidenafil), half life of tadalafil is more than sidenafil. and side effect also less in tadalafil. try tazzle 10 mg. content is tadalafil. if you think both ED and premature ejaculation are there try combination of tadalafil and dapoxetine. its rare to get this combination. but sidenafil and dapoxetine combination is easily available. but not recomending sidenafil

Happy new year guys!!

Thanks to this thread I have learnt things I wasn't aware of. I have applied my thoughts into everything mentioned above but I still seem to face issues with ED(sometimes) but my major issue is Premature ejaculation. I really want to consult a doctor for this and I need some solution for this issue. I googled for sexologists but the reviews are all mixed. I need to request if anyone has consulted a doctor and if you have achieved some kind of success then kindly share the clinic details for me. Thank you in advance!
