How to improve sexual fitness

Hi friends,.

I just want to know how to improve our sexual fitness.

Off late I have observed that though I have desire and mood I am not able to last long in *** life and (sometimes I am not able to penetrate as well).

I want to keep my sexual desires for longer time and want to enjoy fully even if I become a old man.

So throw some light here to increase the sexual fitness so it would be beneficial for many other similar guys.

You may not be able to do much about it.

Nice info @C4LEB but what are the measures that one should take to slow down the deficiency rate.
To do more physical work out and to improve vitamin D3?

First thing.. Stop worrying and thinking about it. The more you think, the worse it will get.

Second.. Don't indulge in any sexual activity, watching ***, not even in mind for a month or 40 days. This will help restore dopamine levels. Take cold water bath twice a day. Your system just needs a reboot.

Third.. Have two to three whole bolied eggs with pepper in the morning. Walk at least 4-5km a day. Buy one Polybion SF syrup and take 5ml once everyday. Soak fenugreek seeds one teaspoon in water over night and eat them along with that water first thing in the morning.

Fourth.. Dont search for solutions in google.

Fifth.. You are totally alright. Stop thinking some thing is wrong.

@ATSX, where did you find details details about the advice you offer? Abstinence for 40 days and boiled egg dietary advice sounds a bit dogmatic; the one-liner on dopamine must have come from some research somewhere - I'm guessing not your own; the advice not to conduct an on-line literature search leaved you as the information source.

The advice to stop thinking about something that bothers someone is unhelpful - it sounds like you operate from a belief system.

Are you qualified to give out unreferenced advice?

@C4LEB.. The guy is just 32 years old and it is uncommon for him to have any testosterone deficiency. A simple early morning blood test can rule it out. He didn't mention any physical trauma down there. Too much ***, if he is really into it, can make actual *** bit challenging by removing the element of anxiety to see nudity. So adviced him to take time off. Yes depriving brain of pleasures for sufficient time can rejuvenate your reward centers in brain. You may google this point. Assuming he is well qualified and working man, and has no time to concentrate on diet, I recommended eggs which are well known for their beneficial effects on male fertility. @kumar.. I am sufficiently qualified to talk on relationship between blood biochemistries, diabetes and libido. Don't diagnose your self. That's very dangerous. Try to improve your quality of life and diet for a month and see if it works. Else consult a physician. I can direct you to suitable physician if needed.

@top101.. Vitamin D deficiency is very very common in Indians. That's not the exact reason. For anybody who is experiencing low *** drive and has no complications like diabetes, hypertension and associated health conditions, then you should try a healthy life style first for sufficient time. If things don't resolve then you may visit Dr. You are still very young. Regular masturbation is good but rigorous masturbation is very bad for health. All the best. Take some time off ***. I know it's super difficult. But your brain needs a reboot.

ATSX i agree with you as i have been a victim of performance anxiety for a long period and due to lot of downs in my life it added on to the prob in a big way as i affected my health due to immense stress and tensions now that am out of it though it took me lot of time i feel i can perform but still m working on it.
U forgot to mention good sleep too as it plays a very imp role n exercise .
the whole point of proving your own self that you can do it and that you are a man actually ruins all the more but its not in control yet as the mind plays a power game here. How to convince your self not to think abt performance anxiety.

@exposure.. There is no one easy way to get rid of performance anxiety. Understand that it is very very common. It is not just your problem. Relax, you are totally alright. And yeah sleep is a powerful aphrodisiac. It replenishes your serotonin. Few tips

1. Finding *** partner who is not counting on ur performance.

2. Aim at enjoying the intercourse and not satisfying the partner. Relish his/her beauty. Improve your foreplay capacity. Women adore men who eat their *** for several minutes. Trust me your entire jaw hurts like hell before she cums. Banging comes next.
