*** rings

Has anybody used *** ring? I believe that physicians prescribe it to delay the ejaculaton as it stops the reverse blood flow ones the *** fully erected. I searched it on internet and saw it's picture. It showed a ring is attached with some kind of tiny pad with dotted texture. If the user is mastaurbating, the ring is to be used in such a way the pad positions itself below the balls and lifts them little upward. If a user is *** then the ring is to worn in such a way that that pad presses the region around the *** or *** of the receiving partner.
