But no such guys.. Management know all those things and they are friendly too.... But big disadvantage is drunken low class grandpa and uncles....... And some ego top pretending local bottoms....... |

Could see myself in his shoes a decade ago.
Kv theatre was just a stones throw from my place n whenever I used to meet a guy through g4men ( PR now) & yahoo chat room 9, most of them would render stories about the happenings at kv. I never had the courage, but my inquisitiveness won..😊
One fine day I gathered courage n went after my classes at for 11.30 show.. 🤩🤩🤩. What to say...
A pleasant surreal surprise was awaiting me... I was shell shocked to see guys *** all over n having fun without giving a damn abt anyone..N the crowd used to be good too... Guys from all age groups n gamut would be ter... Especially college and IT guys n also the rugged ones..It was just a potpourri... I realized then how many days I have wasted without exploring Kv.
But better late than never, from that day in 2007 there was no turning back till 2016 ( until the quality deteriorated because of the mgmtz actions). If am not at home or college one could very easily surmise that am at KV😂
And FYI the movie was yaradi nee mohini.
The adrenaline gush that one used to have the moment we enter the theatre, out of excitement is inexplicable... Even today if a song or scene from that movie is played in
TV I go nostalgic....
N who would ever forget that messai watchmen who used to pay surprising visits inside to check . N shout
" Padam paka vanthengla illa umba vanthingala da."lol.
But none used to bother. The moment he disappears, drama will start with even more vigour. What a lovely scene it used to be.

I visited to this theatre on friday it was unplanned visit.. in the entrance I found no one interested bcs crowd was less on friday.. later I saw 2 young guys.. they liked me and we started our work near the left side doors to the restroom.. we spoke also for a long time and shared our contact number too... I was very happy with the performance.. again I visited today.. sunday had his crowd as usual.. but few fools were just wasting time.. meeting was not so easy for me today. .. later the left side doors were open i just went thr.. got to taste only 2 inside. Nowadays theatres like vijaya and krishnaveni are closed down in almost all the cities and small towns in tamilnadu especially outside chennai such theatres are the only meeting point/cruising point for gays like roger toni's kv memories i have fond memories of raja theater in thanjavur which i found recently closed. It is not always we get places for fun especially in two tier cities and small towns in tamilnadu but whenever i visit these places and stay in hotel i almost have fun thanks for pr and blued but neverthless nothing could be compared with the orgies i had in 'matter' theatres. WE WANT THIS KIND OF THEATRES BACK WITH DECENT FACILITIES. |

Just like I said in my first experience (Page 5) that when I go to the theatre next time, I ll try to have more fun, I just did that. Last Saturday, I reached the theatre at around 6.30 p.m. Went to the left side corner of the theatre complex and was waiting for the ticket counter to open. While waiting, 2 guys entered the theatre in their bikes at the same time and both came towards the left side corner only. One was wearing a red t-shirt and was good looking. Another guy was in casual shirt and jeans and was looking cute. After waiting for few mins and showing signals towards each other, I moved towards the red t-shirt guy. I went for the first time yesterday for the 7 PM show. Found the place quite easily and reached by 6.20. Found the place quite deserted. Crowd started coming in by 6.40. Mostly old guys and some younger ones. Everyone was checking everyone else for a partner. I found some guys cute but didn't want to approach them outside. Tickets were given at 6.50 and we went in.
