Please do not assume that if the person looks decent he is unlikely to be positive. Thats not true. I had an encounter with such a man. He was 100% sure to be safe. Luckily I do not indulge in *** *** but I did have 2 sessions of oral *** with him and had swallowed. After a month he called me up and asked me to get myself checked as he was unwell and had his blood tests done and was positive. I got myself tested immediately and after 2 months and was negative.Luckily for me.
If you are intending to have unprotected *** with strangers, please get started on PreP -thats a pre exposure Prohylaxis medication that prevents HIV but not other STDs. Costs around 2500 Rs per month. One tablet to be taken daily. It might have side effects. Else always use condom.
If you have tested positive- do not think it is the end. Start ART - Antiretroviral treatment along with a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and and exercise. You can lead a healthy life. If your viral load is low- below detection levels, you can also have *** without posing a risk for your partner.
If you are into *** without condom, please dont brush your teeth rigorously before the encounter- You might get small cuts in your *** which can allow HIV to enter.
You can have *** with a HIV poz partnet if you do it safe- use condom, if you are having oral *** then do not swallow. If his viral load is low then it is safe.

STDs means sexually transmitted diseases, it's broad category. It includes different type of infections. Most of them can be cured with short term treatment. Ask him what type of infection he has.

@slavebot and all who is following this thread...
Hepatitis B has more probability of getting cure than Hepatitis C.
I am telling this bcause I was closely involve in treatement of my good friend who was infected with Hepatitis B. His family did not understand seriousness of his infection and assumed that its just form of jaundice. However I was with him all the time with consultations with Doctors in KEM and Kasturba hospitals in Mumbai. This guy is now totally free from Hepatitis B and is not even a carrier of it. Leaving perfect married life ; hving healthy children. From what I learnt frm doctors then was that no doubt Hep B is serious and fatal but chances are high that yur body will clear this virus. Hep C is more dengerous and difficult to get rid of from body. person becomes carrier who csn infect others and have high chances of liver cancer.
Also...most of the people reading posting on this site must be belonging to sophisticted, educated level of society and might hv apprehensions towards govt hospitals. But let me tell u Kasturba hodpital in Mumbai is best place to get treated for Jaundice / Hep B or Hep c cases... I cud save my friend just bcoz of Docs and nursing staff there....

Always use a condom while having ***
In m2m chances of having hiv and STDs are more ..
Better to save our life with latex condoms like Durex n all..+ lubricant..it helps smooth penetration. And less blood contact

Wearing a condom will keep you almost safe side while having *** and you can enjoy too
Else after few months you will be end up with having Uncureable diseases like hiv ..choice is URS

Regarding the information required on CD 4 count.???
Well this information is relevant if one is HIV positive or has a partner who is HIV positive. Once a person becomes positive- the virus actually goes and infects the CD 4 cells which are white blood cells that help the body fight infections. So after one becomes positive there are 2 tests which become important- CD4 count and "viral load". If the viral load is high, above 50 or so, then you are more likely to spread the virus to others during ***. The counts can go higher than a couple of lakhs. Only if your viral load is below 20 to 50 is when you can safely have *** without infecting your partner. The other test is the CD 4 count. Normally it is between 400 to 1000 I think. If the count goes below 200, that is when you start getting the opportunistic and other problems of HIV. Even infections which normally cause no problem can be dangerous once your CD4 count goes below 200. TB, mycobacterium, cryptosporiodosis, cRyptococcosis, toxoplasmosis, CMV etc. Any body region starts getting infected- chest, abdomen-loose motions, brain, etc. You are also more likely to get cancers like Lymphoma, Karposis sarcoma etc. Thats when it is called AIDS.
Because HIV affects the immune system, there is a lot of immune related damage that occurs to your kidneys, liver, heart, etc. you start getting PML, AIDS dementia in the brain, etc. Thats why it is very very important to get detected early and start treatment soon. HIV can be very much controlled with treatment.
But if you don't get treated, the disease can play havoc with your life. That is the reason I feel so anxious when I see young guys *** around without protection in the loos, theatres, behind trucks, etc. For 5 minutes pleasure, you are ready to mess up your entire life. I know it is treatable currently, but the costs are exorbitant in terms of getting the medication and undergoing regular tests. I know the government does have free treatment option.

Hepatitis B and C is contagious through *** and exchange of body fluids. It is more virulent than even HIV. It will cause jaundice and cause irreversible liver damage leading to cirrhosis and eventually cause hepatocellular Cancer and death. There is vaccination available for Hepatitis B but not for Hepatitis C.
Hepatitis A on the other hand is spread though contaminated food and water. This is the common virus causing medical jaundice. Again dangerous only if it causes fulminant hepatitis and severe liver damage. This possibly can spread by rimming a guy who is infected or is a carrier as *** hygiene is not always practiced by quite a few people.

@tonedbloke nice info about CD4 and viral load.
Good to know people are aware about safersex practices.
Always be preventive than be sorry.. For ever

I must add the only thing which keeps us tension free is 'getting tested for HIV regularly'
If anyone has any doubts about past encounters better go and test your self first than worrying
If you are scared .. I suggest make a group of people who will test regularly.. In this way you all can give moral support to eachother and will not forget to test regularly.

One must ask for 'shakti clinic' at govt. Hospitals all over India where they provide free testing.
Note: for taking free treatment from govt Hospitals if you are detected HIV positive. Certificate issued by shakti clinic is a must.
Reports done from private pathology for HIV positive will not be accepted

If you want to take treatment privately
Tests (3-4k)
Consultation (1-1.5k per sitting)
Medicines (1700 for 30 tablets of 1st line)

@bareback_teen It is better not to do so. If there are any small blisters in the *** there are chances of getting infected. In any case guys who *** better not to swallow the ***. After *** give a *** wash with any of the commercially available *** washes.

No Picture

True ... But if no cuts in *** you are good to go with swallowing... The virus cant survive in acids of our throat and stomach..

But then you cant check up every guy before oral its the heat of the moment...

Brushing should be avoided before or after 30-45 mins of oral ***.. Brush can cause gum bleeding which will cause virus to enter in to body.

Another point to add to the fact about oral *** is that it is beeter to spit or swallow rather than wallow. That means do not keep the *** in the *** for anytime. either immediately swallow or else spit it out. Best is to ask the partner to discharge outside. I find that more exciting.

I see that everyone is only worried about HIV and mostly unaware about consequences of other STDs

1. HIV testing every 4 months is best practice.
2. Syphilis is very much widespread in Bangalore and mostly unnoticed and not tested. It's a serious STD that can ruin your health in the long run it hot detected and treated in time. VDRL RPR titre and TPHA are the two tests to monitor it. Again testing every 4 months is good practice . It gets transmitted more easily than HIV... Even though there could be no symptoms many times... Just by kissing... ***... Rimming.... Or taking *** in *** is good enough to pass on the bacteria.

VDRL titre values will show as 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16 and so on.... Depending on how old the infection is.

It's curable by penicillin injection in the butts and in 2-3 months VDRL can turn back negative. But it can return again if you happen to have *** with untreated or uncured syphilis guy.
So be careful. It's a nagging and repetitive disease if u r exposing yourself to such ppl again n again...Trust me everytime taking penicillin in the butt hurts for 4 days.
Condoms don't protect u 100% bcoz it can get transmitted through skin to skin as well.
Also if undetected n untreated for long time, it destroys your nervous system n brain , eyes, heart.

Guys please take ur VDRL RPR test along with HIV every 4 months. Don't depend on symptoms

3. Hepatitis C : no vaccine available yet. Causes liver cancer after few years... Test name : HCV
Treatable n manageable by medicines for long run.

4. Hepatitis B : test name : HbsAg
Causes liver cancer in long run.
If your HbsAg is still negative, don't delay and get the 4 dose vaccinations. It's small injection to be taken in shoulder .cost is cheap 100rs..any doctor can give u that.
Vaccination will protect u for next 5 years. After that repeat the dose again..

5. Herpes : virus causes skin irritation blisters anywhere in body including ***, lips, thighs, buttocks, genitals.
Though not life threatening but painful n irritating. Transmits by skin to skin contact.
Test name : HSV IgG and IgM

6. Gonorreah and chlamydia : Rare, need not be tested so often bcoz symptoms will be obvious like burning sensation while urinating, white pus like discharge from *** hole, pain in scrotum. Not life threatening .
Can be cured by one week antibiotics.

So to summarize, tests to be done every 4 months ideally :
1. HIV 1&2
2. VDRL RPR titre (TPHA : optional & bit costly)
3. HCV
4. HbsAg
5. HSV IgG and IgM

Remember always : Overconfidence that you are perfectly fine without testing in these matters can prove fatal for ur life n ppl around u.

If anyone of you are HIV positive, you must tell your partner before sexual encounter. So that necessary precaution can take such as used of condom or others. Otherwise both of you will be in danger. There is no curative measure for HIV/AIDS.

Guys, HIV is not anymore death defying desease, personally I know few people living 30+ years with HIV and many had hiv -ve kids as well.

Also, recently science confirmed HIV is untransmittable when ones HIV status is undetected. It won't lead to AIDS condition.

You can go to undetected status within 6months being on ART medicine. But for life you have to be on ART medicine.

Yes still, you have to be careful about unsafe ***. Don't practice at all.

Any desease is expensive to take care of with meds being costly and society stigma etc....

Well, I would suggest just to monitor your health status and for your own mental peace, do get tested in the period of 3-6 months. Government hospitals do it for free and private hospitals near you will hardly charge 400-500 bucks.

Always ensure safety and enjoy your act of love with NO worries. That is all needed.

@welovee lot of misinformation . STD means sexually transmitted disease eg Aids
STI means Sexually Transmitted Infection eg HIV

HIV and AIDS are part of StD /sti. Hiv has ability to pass only thru *** or vaginsl *** or thru direct blood transfusion.
Thru oral *** syphillis is the most common yet most ignored sti.
The chances of HIV surviving on ur saliva is almost 0 unless your *** had direct cuts or injuries or open wounds inside
@Kiran 1580 i think instead of asking here go to guv clinic and consult a vD/skin specialist
And agreeing to welovee be careful with oral *** as well. Receiver has less chances of getting infected than giver.
Not to have *** with too many strangers . Check your partners and your health every 3 or 6 months .

My suggestion again is consult a good vd/skin specialist

@ needlove, I don't I any misconceptions related to it, my point was, one should always use condom for oral ***, oral *** is less risky but still it is danger if precautions have not been taken by person.
Bros who r engaging in oral *** and not using condom, u r puting urself n other into vulnerable conditions.

@needlove yes. but one thing.. AIDs is not a disease in itself. its just a condition /state of body when immune system becomes so weak... yes HIV via oral is very very less unless both the performe nd receiver have open wounds in oral gums etc.

and again. this HIV to AIDS is biggest scam, lie of this century.. in fact, HIV has not connecttion to AIDS... but i knw.. again admin will delete my comment.. but i dont knw why !!!

@Sanilnair, Hi if you feel you need to check for STD's or seek appropriate help you can visit funded institutions like YRG Care in taramani VHS complex. You will get both counselling, checkup n blood tests if needed at an affordable price n really fair treatment.

@Sanilnair if you don't feel like going to talk to the doctor about it, you can also go to a pathology lab and do the VDRL test. It's usually within 200 rupees. And it will rule out syphilis and few others. But the best thing would be to consult your doctor.

Sanil dont conclude ur symptom to be disease. You are not doctor. Whenever something wrong happen we take this to AID HIV and feel scared. Samething happened with one of my partner in chennai. He had develooed of some symptom like rash and itching and 5 months of our *** and had doubt over me. He had doubt over a guy with whom he had *** 3 days before his symptom. That guy became very rude and he had more doubt. He is a student from IIT. I told him for his console to do hiv test from a specific hospital in chennai. And he was tested negetive. For ur case consult dermatologist. I feel those aids and hiv wont be peaceful showing their presence through skin only other physical symptoms like nausea, weight loss. Loss of apetite, fatigue, geeling feverish, dizziness would be there. Do a cbc test as ur platelet count also would start falling. Lymphocyte wbc all thse would start falling.

@Sanil nair. Itching could be due to other skin ailments. Scabies is one of them. Another which is easily got from other *** partners is Body lice-( also called pediculosis pubis or crab). These are similar to buchees that women get on their hair. But these are very tiny and are difficult to see easily. They generally stay at the root of the hair follicles on thighs, groin and chest region and cause infection and intense itching which is worst at night. I myself had got this infection in the days when I was promiscuous and meeting other men. I suffered a lot and was able to treat myself after carefully searching and seeing this tiny insects at the root of the hair follicle. Check on google for "pediculosis pubis" -see the images and then check on your body very carefully with a magnifying glass. If you find them then let me know or go to a skin specialist for appropriate treatment. All itching is not due to dangerous STDs . they can also be because of men to men transmission of simple infections like scabies and crab.

HeadsTailsAndHo

@SASI1987
Crabs is not a STI mainly. Crabs can spread due to many reasons, including sleeping in same bed where some Crab infected person had slept few hours ago.
Crabs move and crawl in and out of the human bodies. So if some crabs crawl out (or fall out) in the bed, from the body of an infected person, those will remain alive for few days in the beddings, and will try to jump on the next persons body, to be alive.
Similar is the case, when one uses a towel, cloths, underpants, used by an infected person.

Crabs don't lie only on crotch area, those lay eggs at at hairy area. Even If you don't have hairy body, you certainly have hair on crotch that is the reason you often see people having crabs on pubic hair.

Then why it is said that Crab is an STI, reason is sexual act (vaginal *** in m2f case or rubbing crotches in m2m) is the act where crabs easily get time to hop on to other body.
Otherwise, anyone can get crabs if he/she has come in contact of an infected persons beddings, cloths, innerwear, towel etc.

I never come across anyone asking about the these question before meeting, rather people ask for face pic!!!

Great forum, thanks to ohmojo 🙏🙏🙏for providing platform to discuss such important topic, I met some guys, in loo, they touched my ***, gave little bit handjob, after which most of them were ready for blowjob in the same loo, but single person of them didn't ask me to put Condom on my ***.....I didn't go further with these types of guys.....I asked one guy who was offering me blowjob in loo, that "why don't u ask me to put Condom on ***,den n den only I will take ur *** in ***"
He replied, u r looking genuine clean well dressed, so u r safe for blowjob, I was shocked after his answer, guys what a logic he had ( one who offered me a blowjob) I had dressed well, I was looking genuine n neat clean, dats y it's safe to go for blowjob,
Guys
Guys one who dress well looking cleaning n neat doesn't mean,he is safe, u could also get infections from that clean looking guy.so don't judge anyone's status of infections by these criterias.
Always use condoms for blowjobs

Condom for blowjob? You can better *** a cucumber or hard banana directly. Oral *** is much safer than *** ***. There is very minimal risk oral *** only if you have cut and bleeding. You might talk about STDs. Those can come by just kissing and touching itself. So better do check they have any unusual sore or blisters in their ***, anus, pubic area and do ***. If you had *** and then noticed it, then take precautionary medicines
