Hello to all, I'm planning on visiting New Delhi very soon - I am student/doctorate from France.
I was wondering what would be the best neighborhood to choose an hotel, just to be close enough to cruising spots (like parks, from 8pm to midnight for ex) which are obviously safe for a Caucasian guy like me.
I have browsed some announcements / posts here, but so what would be your recommendations please ?
And maybe also some advice on daytime cruising spots (like toilets, universities wc, etc.).
