KAMLA NEHRU PARK (among top 2 in Gurgaon)
The whole of Kamla Nehru Park is cruisy, walk around on the tracks and you'll find people everywhere, mostly near the swings close to the entry from the sabji mandi side (Gurudwara side).
Best time 6-8pm. Crowd - all ages, these days not as many young guys but you can find 2-3 average young to middle age guys and 3-4 older guys easily.
It used to be much better, but I think with online apps, and maybe 377 legalizing, most people don't need to come to such spots anymore.

Be careful, lots of straight guys come here also.
Make sure you are flirting with the right type or you might get beaten.
