How to get there: Church just north of Gerrard. It is the building on the Northwest corner of Church and Gerrard. If you walk north from Gerrard along the side of the building at the north end of the building turn left into the alley and look for the RED awning. Open the door and walk down the stairs to the cashier.

Hours: 9pm - 4am

Best times: After 1 am the place heats up

Who goes there?: All types, including older guys and student types from nearby Ryerson Polytechnic University.

Description:

Police raids on this spot resulted in its being closed down for several months, and it's been up and down since. The Bijou re-opened as a bath, and then closed again (February 2000), after several more police visits. It's been open ever since, without bar or steam room...but also without any more police busts! Now it's got many booths with glory holes!
