Loo outside Ulhasnagar Station West

I was visiting Ulhasnagar first time to visit someone. While returning back to Ulhasnagar station I wanted to pee and went to the public urinal just outside the station in Ulhasnagar West. There were no lights. 4 urinals were occupied. The guy in urinal next to me had his focus on me. I stood there for a while waiting for his move. Since it was pitch dark he held my *** and started rubbing it. I was a bit scared so left soon without cumming. I waited for the guy outside the loo but he didn't join me.

Seems like this is a nice cruising spot to meet guys.
