Loo next to Railway Staff College gate near Lalbau

There is a loo next to Railway Staff College gate in front of Lalbaug. It has no lights. Lots of gays park their vehicles below the over bridge and stand in front of the loo which is just next to one of the Railway Staff College gates. Just make eye contact and proceed. I think it is a sulabh shauchalay.
