I'm looking for a PG rental thats either a regular PG setup or one with benefits.
About me:
- I'm a pre-transition trans woman (legally female) with an androgynous appearance (when nude) and a naturally femme voice.
- I'm curvy and chubby.
- I have body hair that I usually keep trimmed, saving up for full body laser hair removal.
- I work as a freelance virtual assistant doing content writing, graphic design, and more. My income varies, but I can manage a rent of ₹2500 per month if it's a regular PG setup, or I'd prefer a free stay arrangement if it's PG with benefits. I handle my own food and necessities, but you're welcome to treat me.
- As a nudist in a safe environment, I will be wearing little to no clothing. In a PG with benefits setup, you're free to look and touch me as long as it's not disruptive to my comfortable stay, and we can even *** together, but oral and penetrative *** is not guaranteed. If there's chemistry, I may be open up a bit more—just note that I'm not a top, and while I'm okay recieving oral, I might not be willing to give oral as I prefer to reserve lip on lip kissing and giving oral to a life partner.
Looking for:
- An independent room with a modern attached bathroom.
- Reliable access to Amazon and Swiggy Instamart delivery.
- Proper trash disposal facility.
- Access to fridge and kitchen if I need to, though I'll mostly just snack a d order food. I'll set up a kitchenette in my bedroom for coffee/tea with electric kettle.
- Space for my own washing machine (not shared, though not a deal breaker).
- You should be the owner and not a renter yourself. Means I am not going to trust a stranger to become a roomie and potentially have problem with owner. It's safer for me if you own the property too.
- You should be discreet about PG with benefits arrangment.
- I prefer living with other women (trans or cis) for my safety, though I'm open to men as long as my boundaries are always respected. I have a strong support network in Trivandrum, so I'm neither homeless nor isolated. I only chose to not live with relatives so as not to inconvenience them.

Others, when sending private messages, please mention why you are messaging. If it's for the PG thing, please clearly mention it. No low effort "hi" or "interested, chat on telegram/WhatsApp" messages please. Look at zodan's message as reference , he clearly communicated his intentions/expectations. It'll be tedious to go over so many low effort messages. I'm not up for meet-up until April or so. In middle of wrapping up my current rental, work contracts etc. Also note that I'm not into casual one night stand hook ups. We can become FWB if we hang out, have casual dates, and have chemestry. 😚 |
