Public Loo in Kolbad Thane west

If you know or are familiar with the Kolbad locality in Thane west, there is this popular Jaag Mata Mandir temple. This is where the Kolbad Cha Raja Ganpati pandal sits. A little ahead of the temple is a municipality owned lake. Bang opposite to this lake is an elevated Public toilet or Sulabh Sauchalaya or Sundas. This place is slowly developing into a cruising spot as I have seen activities happening here lately, quite often. But be very cautious as this located right in middle of a residential properties surrounding it and it's not at all isolated. The place is frequented by people from the adjacent shops in the area, many young guys and college kids. Also, it's kind of well maintained and looks like a two storey house rather than a public toilet. So spotting it may get a bit tricky.
