I was going for pee at 8:30 night in public toilet it is near CISF gate road side so i was peeing suddenly a man came and started talking to me randomly because there was no light he say there is no water in my side i reply ok then after few sec he came to my side tell can I check water of your side he suddenly take his hand check water after that he touched my c**k started HJ and that’s it i have experienced 2 , 3 times different person why it happens because after 8 it’s to dark area literally few ppl comes to pee i mean after 30 min or 15 min there is no light it easy to do.
