the service road opp to mayajaal is always filled with boys and men walking, i have noticed lots of eye contacts.
im not a local of that area, but a friend of mine who's local told me that those men are there for cruising. once they get their partner they go to the beach road which is a long road to the beach and some have fun there during night.
Not sure about it because i didnt experience, but this i heard from a friend of mine who lives in uthandi |
