Hiranandani estates, Bokarpada, Panvel.
The toilets in hiranandani (sector A) where there's Market and restaurants are usually empty with no gaurds, one can easily have fun there. I've done there multiple times.

There's Tastia restaurant there in sector A Hiranandani fortune city, public toilets are on both ends. |
