There is a hill right after Birla cross area. After the restaurant and bakery on the left. Past 4 you’d see many guys sitting there drinking. Most of them are outsiders drunk. It's best not to go in alone unless you have someone with you. You should wait in the parking lot near the bar, make eye contact, and then head inside together. If you're comfortable going by yourself, you can check things out, but it can feel awkward standing there alone.
