Public Toilet of Siliguri court

The toilet is in the parking area of Siliguri Court, it’s in left side from the main Court’s gate. The toilet is divided into two sections for peeing you don’t need to enter the toilet it’s in left side of the toilet and it’s free and the cruising happens there, don’t enter the other side which is in right side, the right side toilet is for potty and you are charged ?5 and no cruising happens there.

And I was confused with the public toilet near District Hospital. You guys don’t get confused, it’s not the cruising spot. The main cruising spot is the peeing toilet of Siliguri court.

Cruising only happens in dark time like after sunset.
