Yes it is active. I had a very intense eye contact with a 24 around guy.but I had to leave as I was in hurry |

I actually don't know how to approach those guys. I visited that urinal twice but I was not sure how to give them indications. I wanted to avoid trouble. Last time there was a guy who stood there after finishing peeing but I was not sure if he was interested. |
