"SAM ATKINS" park on east side of b'town, turn rt. @ "Lindy's Chicken", (if heading east.) Go in til U see a footbridge on right. Park there, U will see one of the many bathrooms. Pretty safe and secure. Most avtive during mid-day hours, weekdays.
