Madurai TPK lake

I have started cycling recently and go through different roads in the morning. I happened to visit tpk lake last week. So today I went through the road voluntarily. I noticed some disturbance in the wheel, so I thought to stop at the lake. Time was around 6.. it was light and sun has already came. But due to cloudy weather, it was mild. I stand there and watched some birds and took some pics. I heard some footsteps back, there was a young guy(must be 23-25). He came near to me crossed me. From the way he walks and was looking around the place, I understand that he wanna take *** somewhere. So without causing disturbance, I thought of moving out. But in a minute, he sat straight facing me and I clearly able to see he is genitals. That's was erotic.. his pubes and semi hard rod. I tried to go, but the scene of him stopped me. He casually took his phone out and doing something. I stand there for few mins to get elegant scene (except his ***). He often looked me, but didn't make any movement either. This is my first experience of seeing someone very close in such places.

I wonder why madurai guys are not using this place for cruising.
