Mostly i prefer going to cruising parks as it is more safer and you can have fun in the dark bushes area like saket park,rk puram park,tyagraj park etc .Chances of getting caught is also less unlike urinal place.
Kashmiri gate is also good cruising place but I don't prefer it as mentioned above 😁 budha uncle,tilak dhari married man and labour class safai karmchari are more frequent there 😂.

I went there once and as said I went inside the loo and peed just opposite to the door not planning on anything but out of curiosity I turned back to see whats going on qnd saw some oldies looking around too. I have visited this loo many a times, it's always a fun there..But u have to be very vigilant as the sulabh staff keep visiting for no reason..

A life hack for Rajeev Chowk:
Don't go inside washroom, stay near the stairs (the railings)/near that water vending machine, most guys are there solely searching for hookups, and you can choose from people going in and out of washroom, after you have selected the person
Take the person to ***PATEL CHOWK METRO LOO***
rarely anyone happens to be there, and only one aunty guards it who doesn't really care, so just go in to one of the stalls and have fun
or!!!
take your partner to Vidhansabha metro stn, visit the sulabh there, the loo inside is abonded as of now (no charges/no caretakers)
again hardly anyone visits there, so you can do all the stuff in the stall without caring about time or someone disturbing
Did it twice, and people helped in explored these two places, so only a few know
Try your luck!
