Have visited just once to ggn center - it was overwhelming as a first timer
Crowd - across the age group but most seems to be in groups so were within themselves
Of course good lookings wanted good lookings so ppl were choosy
I am on the higher side of 30 so options for me are limited
Limited *** happening in dark rooms but lots of smooches and ***. Most were tops so they just wanted to be ***
Overall a good experience if you have a company to go with

@steveden, people in groups at a bathhouse is not a bad thing. It in a way shows that people visit such places not only for fun but to bond/connect with others. Being a gay person who is not out of the closet can be extremely overwhelming and at such places if u find the right trustworthy person with whom u can talk and express yourself is simply the sole purpose of such places. I am a regular at kk but from the last few months, i have enjoyed sitting in their common areas where people smoke n drink. Interacting with like minded people, sharing experience, discussing problems was really something else. Better than hookup IMHO. And if u really do connect with some, access to steam room and dark room is always available. |

Just like you (i guess), everytime i was at a bathhouse with a sole purpose of some action felt the same what is being expressed by you because i am average looking. But ever since i started visiting bathhouse with a sole intent of meeting new people to chat with, my experience has always been smooth and fulfilling. I even interacted with people who weren't even that good looking as per me but had a beautiful inside. And with a few folks, it reached to dark room from common area after getting to know them. Ignore my suggestion/ opinion or give it try, i am sure u will feel the difference buddy. Simply go with an intent to NOT HOOK UP but to connect with someone. U might end up having a good time. ☺️ |

So i doubt if i can be a part of any group. More importantly, i am average looking myself but decent with conversations Anyways, it was nothing personal, shared what i felt. Pls feel free to ignore if your thoughts don't align with what i said :). I genuinely feel that bathhouses are places where u have the opportunity to meet, connect and interact. Fun is something u can easily get via cruising too, u don't need to pay and visit a bathhouse for that. At least this is the culture i saw or learnt from when i was in US. |

I agree with you disle23. It's not about a group. The guys familiarise with others after being regulars at a spa and just end up chatting with each other, which newbies might consider as a group and lead to an insecurity that we are being ostracized (or being talked about). So forming groups is like very natural and cannot be a reason to be held against. The best we could wish it to become a part of it, and help the newbies who come to those spas.. |

Today I had a very unexpected experience at a spa in a five star hotel in South Delhi.
My dad had booked massages for us. I was coming on my own and I reached early to request a male masseuse but the lady told me no one was available. Anyway, the massage was great. After the massage, me and my dad went downstairs where there is a jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc.
