@exposure, oral *** without condom is not a big risk as long as you don't have any cuts, soars or open wounds in your *** but risk is very high if you have *** without condom. |

Akash09, APRETUDE is a prescription medicine used for HIV-1 PrEP to reduce the risk of getting HIV-1 infection. |

Akash09, The Apretude *** is very expensive in USA, it's $4,145 for 600mg but it's cheaper in India, I think. |

@Pixie m well aware of everything. But for some of us choice is not bn condom or no condom. It's bn condom and no *** at all. So it's for them only.... People who can enjoy with condom should always use one (which is also not 100% safe btw) No offense to anyone. This is a suggestion of alternative... Not knowledge!!!! |

@boldSSD, Yes, I also like *** without condom, I wish, I could have *** with anybody or everybody without condom. I don't even need viagra to maintain my a hard d**k through out the session. I do have *** with no condom only with with my freinds whom I have known them for years. The sensation & climax is so intense without condom. However, very scared to have *** with anonymous person because of so many disease going around. Of course I am aware of pre-exposure prophylaxis: for anti-bacterial we have Ciprofloxacin & Levofloxacin&; for antiviral we have Truvada, descovy & Apretude but these PrEP have many serious side effects which can damage kidney, liver, bone and can even effect your heart; furthermore, they are expensive, too. Cipla is a pharmaceutical company well know for manufacturing only generic ***; hence, I am assuming tenvir is a generic ***. Tenvir is available only in India, I don't think it's available in the western countries. Tenvir is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus and it is also a antiretrovirals *** used in treatment of HIV *in combination with other anti-HIV medicine.* Tenvir *MAY* prevent HIV infection, it's a *BIG MAY BE,* but no sufficient research or studies have been conducted to prove that Tenvir prevents HIV infection. Truvada, Descovy & Apretude have been approved by FDA in USA for treatment as well as prevention of HIV but these drugs are very expensive. I tried truvada, I had severe stomach pain, nausea, vomitting, fatigue & weakness. I couldn't really enjoy *** after taking Truvada. To me, it's not worth taking Truvada or any antiviral PrEP because the many serious side effects over-weighs the pleasure of ***; for a little pleasure, you suffer a lot and also risk your health, a lot.

You have only discussed HIV-risk here, what about other STIs? PreP with condoms is still not safe. boldSSD please consider this as well. |

@boldSSD, Yes, my point is, reagrdless of what you say, unprotected *** is always unsafe; especially, having *** with anonymous person or a stranger. There's no guarantee that antiviral or antibacterial PrEP will protect you 100%; especially anitviral PrEP which is fairly new. Like I said in my previous post, beside HIV, there are so many other sexually transmitted diseases going around which you & I or even a trained medical professionals are not aware off.

How does one access Doxy-pep. Any leads there? |

@boldSSD: PrEP doesn't protect against other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) or pregnancy, so it should always be used with condoms. |
