I was discussing with one of my friends among community and they all are saying that bottoming has major health issues like fissure. Bottoms can cantrol potty as well because the muscle of region is loose.

You need to douche well always and use good quality lube.
Don't take *** without this and always use good condom.
I haven't had fissures or any issue since I started taking care of my ***.

Lube & Condoms are must, ik you'll be *** particularly when your partner around but make sure to let that d go gently till your *** muscles adjust and relax than take desired pace accordingly.
Secondly, take charge of your body, ik many of my bottom friends are into submissive, bondage action I'm not opposing that what I'm saying here is to stay alert of any discomfort if it exceeds much or becomes blood related it's better to stop.
Also if you are into too much of action with multiple partners it's very imp to get checked for any sexually transmitted diseases, ik getting affected while a condom on is slim but its better to be sure. |

First of all use lube..lots of lube more the lube more it is comfortable...

I would say if your partner doesn't foreplay before penetration don't go for it. Its supposed to relax our holes and vibe before he takes it in. Just **** and fly doesn't work atleast for me. I have no idea who your friends are but none of that is typical.
I have been getting *** for 30+ years. No issues with fissures. Still pretty tight. No problems controlling anything.
I would seriously doubt whatever health issues they have are from bottoming.
