To begin with, one of the most famous gay people is Karan Johar. Obviously, he is no activist and is known to be openly gay in his private circle and stays comfortable about being gay even though he never directly talks about it. |

@BigBoyMayan: KJo came out publicly 2-3-4 years ago. Since then he keeps talking about his orientation. Along with him is Manish Malhotra. Cannot forget the late Wendell Rodrigues, one of the earliest openly gay men in India.
One of the closetted gays, but known to very few in the most inner circles was one of the most respected businessmen; he just passed.
Everyone knows about the Gujju Prince who is also an activist. Also, the guy from the Suri family owning the Lalit Hotels. Then Saurabh Kirpal, the Delhi High Court judge. These are just a few, to get the list started. |

That if someone is gay they will not be a good person or below the threshold to be considered great or even good? What a moronic view to have. Such internalized homophobia is one of the biggest problem of our society.
You seem to be living in a well all your life if you are not aware of Ratan Tata and his sexual orientation. Sure, he has never confirmed it or came out as gay but just look up his history, the "story" that was spinned about why he didn't marry and then, recently his relationship with Shantanu Naidu. Sure, it has been painted to the world as a Mentor/Mentee relationship. But just look at the details of their relationship and stories. Asking Shantanu Naidu to be his "personal assistant" even though he is a Cornell University graduate who could take on management role. Shantanu buying an expensive shirt to match the one Tata was earning. Organizing midnight birthday surprises. And then, finally, Shantanu, leading the funeral rites for Tata. Look it up and you'll be blind to see if you do not reach a conclusion that is so glaringly obvious. |

@satish1789...please stop being in denial... I have seen several videos of them together. Nowhere have they mentioned that they have a Uncle /Nephew relationship. In one video, on Vishals birthday, Chirag addressed their relationship. He said that their fathers knew each from a long time and so did their mothers. If they were Uncle - Nephew or Cousins, wouldn't he have just said that directly? Also, now when their pics went viral on Twitter and Instagram and everyone is speculating about their relationship, they have not issued any statement or clarification so far. If they were related, a simple post on Twitter or Instagram would have stopped all speculation.
To everyone who thinks that saying Ratan Tata was gay is insulting to the great man : what is with your internalised Homophobia? As bigboymayan has mentioned, media has played coy around him for decades regarding his sexuality. There have been vague articles reasoning why he remained unmarried. But most people in the elite circles knew the real reason.
I have worked in a Tata group company and a lot of people who were old timers and seniors who had spent many years in Tata group used to discuss this topic and they all had pretty much confirmed that he was gay.

They might still be related but Vishal Singh is not born to Chirag Paswan's half sisters as claimed by Sanjay above. Also one of the pics posed by Vishal on his insta from his Paris suite has his legs peeking out of his bathrobe. Not exactly a bhanja posing for his mama. |

@Sanjay6787. Your attempt to explain is even more confusing. If I try to make some sense, Vishal is the son of Ram Vilas Paswans daughter from his first wife while Chirag is RVPs son from his 2nd marraige. So that makes Chirag as Vishals Mama.
How does no one know that Vishal Singh is Ram Vilas Paswans grandson? Why is Chirag taking Vishal to every event from Modis swearing in ceremony to Ambani wedding to Ganesh Festival visits to diplomatic visit in Paris?
Also what about rumors that Chirag is gay and quite a few people online have claimed that they know someone who has slept with him? I even read somewhere that he used to have a Brazilian boyfriend.
And the fact that he remains unmarried at the age of 42 without a single link up with any woman? For someone who is dubbed as National Crush, that is unusual. Also, don't people from Bihar get married at a younger age than rest of the country? And he's a politician. They need to procreate to produce political heirs.
