When I used to live alone in PG in Kanpur, I used to do a basic workout completely nude.As you all know, the winters of North India are famous for their sudden temperature variations.It used to be frozen cold in the morning and sweaty hot during noon.
I always slept naked in a blanket, and after waking up, my routine was to do a basic workout to stretch my body.*** touching the floor while doing pushups was the best feeling.
