@Advaiyth: They do that when management has suspicion about something going on. I remember many years ago there was a mall without partitions in urinals. And the door of the toilet used to remain closed. As usual, guys made that as a spot for some action and quick fun. The management took below actions:
1 Cleaning guy was always there.
2. Partitions were installed
3. Toilet door was always kept open by cleaning guy.
Soon all the action stopped. No mall would like any such stuff happening on their premise which can give bad name to it. |

Well guys ... Visited this place... There would be nobody in basement 3 and it is shutdown. Basement 2 has loo too.. but only for mall staff. And it has no partitions too. 2nd and 3rd floor loo has zero crowd as well... Can make it a happening place but No action as I am visiting for the third time...
The hypes that are given here and to nothing happening at the mall's loo is what makes me think... Why just bluff here guys? Just tell a real cruise spots where everyone can be benefitted... |

The washroom in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor are completely empty. I was there here from 6 to 8:30 PM which is almost 3 hours but nothing positive happened.
