Okay there's no such thing as gay LinkedIn but it'll be nice to connect with fellow professionals within the community. Please post job requirements, business opportunities, networking, investment opportunities within the LGBT community. I hope we keep it healthy and meet some cool individuals.

Can you imagine how companies would react if guys like us with profile pics and profile names here would post real job opportunities while also looking for ***?
This is mostly a hookup site not a proper LGBT community organization which can definitely do such things. |

This is Good Thought. But when we connect with people who are providing jobs, that means CV will be shared having the candidate coordinates.
Not sure if the post is right or just to lure and get contact number. As the job poster would be sharing either personal email ids or organizational ids.
I urge job posters to post suitable opportunities and then take the conversation on direct chat and decide if you want to share contact info. |

It seems to be the minority opinion but still here is my two paisa. if you are in the closet, it would be highly unwise to look for a job here.
Best case, you find a job at a reputable company and maybe a like minded colleague. You can find the same job by applying through many other legitimate channel.
Worst case, you just handed someone a bunch of sensitive information who has got all your real information and also sexual info that you have on your profile here. Just imagine what a predator can do with such info.

yes, agree with @oh_desi_guy, we will not ask a priest for a suitable top/bottom for ourselves or a "friend" or vote for a person coz he is straight gay or bi similarly...
we should keep linkedin out of ohmojo
the predator thing... indeed thats addressing the elephant in the room.

I guess we can combine cruising and job hunting here.
Seeking employers can post their requirements (like @Awaraashu did), without revealing sensitive information. And job seekers can ping them personally on chat here. They can then proceed to fix up a meeting somewhere and discuss further details (and maybe hookup after 😜😜😜). Both parties should keep in mind to only share enough details before meeting that they're comfortable sharing and not more. Treat this as another cruising meet and not a job interview.
Although, I totally don't support mixing your sexual and professional lives, some people get a kick out of it and that's completely fine, Workplace sexual partners is a common fantasy and the thought of hooking up with a fellow co-worker at your workplace is a forbidden fruit that tempts many (including myself). Just keep it safe and always use protection and be alert at all times. |

I think this really a nice innovative concept but be genuine and professional when comes to opportunity (it's a life of a person). Just helping people to get job a forum is started help unemployed people
If both of them are fine with each other carryon with your personal or sexual bonding or drop of
I could see lot of people with typical so called Indian thoughts saying how can this be. Even this site is profession for 1000 people who are working |

Though there is good intention behind it, this would only be an icing on the cake for online predators ( as mentioned by @bidesi ) ; anti-LGBT groups and many others. Even now on LinkedIn, i have read comments made by people targeting all sorts of groups in a hateful manner. Saddening, during times like this, (it's 2022 already) Racism, hate crimes, religious terrorism is STILL prevalent. There's just no end to it. However, it's not to say things on the other hand are still moving forward. There is improvement in certain areas. As for Gay LinkedIn, the last thing anyone would want is have sensitive information misused in any way. More like used against us for that matter. Even though options are available on LinkedIn to hide profiles when google searching, that would just defeat the purpose of being found by someone who wants to recruit in the first place...even outside linkedIn. Just to be safe and hopeful, create a proper whatsapp / telegram group for job openings, keep it professional, keep it open to anyone who is looking for a job, people can share it within other groups. That way it widens the network. |

Interesting initiative. Especially for someone like me who's in search of an employment opportunity. I'm 28, from Hyderabad. I did my MBA in Operations. I wish to work in a field that's relevant to it. I have 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Associate and 3 years as a Business Operations Analyst. I've good leadership skills and I'm good at Excel, R Studio and Power BI. I also prepared for UPSC for almost half a decade, but bad luck! I can speak English eloquently and groom myself well I'm sorry for this biodata on this platform. I know it is irrelevant, but if anyone has any leads, it's highly appreciated. PHEW! |

Job has nothing to do with gender! Its like creating a "Hindu LinkedI" or "Muslim LinkedIn". Kaam k sath bhi maze maarne hai!!! If you are searching for job there are many platforms like LinkedIn, naukari.com, hirect etc. "Gay LinkedIn" looks pointless and nonsense idea to me |

Why professional sites have to include sexuality though? We don't have to show our gayness and look for *** everywhere we go. Professional stuff has nothing to do with sexuality. LinkedIn is enough |

It’s an absurd idea! Why everything has to be everywhere in all of the social media platforms? It kills the purpose of the platform for which it has been originally created. Anyways, if you look at LinkedIn people post crap of everything right from the motivation, kindness, YouTube monetization ideas and what not! Besides some very good concern raised here (predators, racism, unnecessary exposure and unwanted attention etc), it’s always better to leave that platform and not mess around with it. |

For all those thinking the purpose of this thread is to start cruising on LinkedIn,
IT'S NOT!!!!
The purpose of this thread is to act as a platform for members of this community (LGBTQ+ on Ohmojo) either employees or unemployed people to connect to possible recruiters/employers and treat "THIS THREAD AS A GAY LINKEDIN".
No one is going out to LinkedIn and posting about their sexual preferences there as a job skill, no one is going to put "Successfully managed to *** 3 above average sized erect male penises while getting doggystyle *** by another average sized male *** covered in Durex brand protection" or "Excellent communication skills, successfully convinced multiple participants at random public cruising spots for sexual intercourse (both oral and/or ***) with 90% accuracy".
Some people may find it comforting to work under a management who knows about their sexual preferences. Let them do their thing. STOP JUDGING AND PATRONIZING PEOPLE FOR THEIR CHOICES.
The whole world already enjoys lecturing and shaming members of the LGBTQ+ community for their choices, do we really need that from each other as well? Is it really that necessary? |
|
QueerTherapy | Posted On Sep 20, 2022
well this is a good thread to for the LGBTQ community to connect and support each other in both personal and professional manner. There are no rules as such. We make them to keep good people from becoming fully themselves.
No cyber bullying. One should not share personal details, unless you are sure the people has no other motives than to help you. See the signs like urgency, using subtle rude behavior, demanding and stalking. Avoid these people.
Also I would like to say that one does not have to worry about being LGBTQ. Because any possible crime is felt by the police like any other cases. They have been sensitized on LGBTQ community and our rights as a human and citizen.
So any predators can be held for their crimes

@rajawadi ramdi @mumbai milf I agree with you guys. LGBTQ community have been discriminated, against, tortured, snached our basic rights. Killed, bullied, ostracised, shamed upon. For decades our community have fought day and night to get our rights back!! for centuries we have been silenced in the name of religion, hetero-normality. So that we all live in dignity and respect as anyone else. The fight is sitll on.
We are grateful to have our honorable courts to give legal rights to LGBTQ community in this decade...and hopefully more rights will be included.
So let's not shame or judge ourselves. But support each other. *** and sexuality is nothing to be ashamed of or kept a secret..it is to be celebrated and accepted ☺️🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️.
More and more companies have sensitization workshops on LGBTQ community and their rights. So that their professional life will be free from discrimination, harrasment, hate. hope only good comes out of the long fight we are enduring.
I would suggest this show for anyone who is looking for inspiration and like TV shows, called 'The Queer Book' on discovery+ . |

@Amit_momoa
I request no to create irrational fear among the LGBTQ community. This place can be a safe and accepted space to support each other no matter what their sexuality or sexual interests are, who are seeking a place of work which is safe and accountable for any discrimination what so ever.
seeking career advice here by the LGBTQ community is a good idea, since we don't have any platforms like LinkedIn who would understand the community well. In order to save us from cyber bullying and unnecessary confrontation we are seeking other platforms. Unless there is an LGBTQ community friendly jobs platform comes by one day.

I believe there already exists one, it's vividhata diversity hiring in Facebook. They organize fair too. Although I don't know much about it, I did spoke with one of the organizers in 2018, and he assisted me in getting job in faridabad. Speaking of jobs, most startups hire guys that don't demand high pay and ready to work extra hours, guys with good grades or required skills manage to bag top jobs. If you are at right place at right time with right right skills, you end up bagging that job. Luck also plays some part nowadays. But it's better to keep lust and professionalism separately. It's bad when some guy offers you job and then takes advantage of you. Even though some of us may like it cus of lust, it's bad in many ways. |

Only a very much humble mind can think about such things. But the reality is way too different than this. Once you be a employee of your boss whose intension is to only get sexually satisfied with you, he will not see your work experience and intelligence, rather he will see that hole that he hired you for. And it will be so annoying for a person if all these things get revealed in same office somehow. Stay practical, keep these things away from professional life. Once you got caught by such predators, your whole life will become hell. 🙏 |

No Picture kisssies | Posted On Sep 24, 2022
@AryanGillJaipur very true. thanks for bringing it up. I once made the mistake of believing such things work and my superior used me in unimaginable ways! I was in all ways capable for the job, but after a point it hit me that I was hired because the boss wanted my body. He went upto the point of blackmailing to expose my sexuality in the most horrific ways. As a naïve 22 year old all I could was oblige and suffer. He even got his other toxic gay friends along to use me. Thats when I gave up and I had to quit the firm to save my sanity and dignity.
The focus should always be on your work and what you can do professionally, *** and sexuality should never be mixed with career. It is a different matter if you have an inclusive workplace and wish to come out, but again, you should be capable enough of handling issues that may arise and steering clear of predators. |

I believe that our lives have several aspects, some are what go by the template society has built like studies, job, marriage, etc. Some aspects are what we keep to ourselves. We must understand that not every element of our lives need to be overlapped! Ensuring things be clear and separate will keep our sanity intact. For me, the 2 things, job and *** life are 2 un-mixable things! I would never seek a job on a platform where I will need to share my identifiable information when I have already revealed something I haven't even disclosed to my closest people. Period! |
|
No Picture Karan30vers | Posted On Sep 25, 2022
And speaking of the point that this will help LGBTQ community members help each other.... Well, there are several other platforms. So many companies have started opening up to hiring people from LGBTQ community to improve diversity and inclusivity. Those are the opportunities one must seek. |

Guys.. none of us have any line of sight on the members of this group.. does this site do any kind of verification?.. First of all, genuine recruiters would have no time for all this drama... I keep recruiting people for my MNC and the last thing I would want would be to interview someone who knows my sexual orientation and has the potential to influence my decision... having said that, I have helped many gay friends and their relatives get into MNC .. this happens only if your wavelength matches with the person and you go beyond *** ..putting personal details in a hookup site should be the last thing LGBT membere should do .. In my opinion this idea miight have good intentions but would be suicidal if any online hacker has other motives.. |

What’s next 30% reservation for LGBTQ? Are we any different from the other lot with regards to talent? Why do we want to discriminate ourselves? This sounds so unethical and stupid idea. |

No Picture ente_xperience | Posted On Sep 26, 2022
Let the LGBTQ walk through how a normal person walks through all over... This thread could have opened up just with title "Talent sharing" .. Let we hire for anyone in the earth whose skill matches with req job...
If lust takes over employment in office, it's individual responsibility to come out.. And they won't stay strong in a company when situations changes..
Let's connect with everyone without cornering LGBTQ people as another category..
In mnc they make such announcement as per their ethical policy.. And to safeguard LGBTQ from harassment but not to discriminate.. Here we are discriminating and asking.. 🙂 |
|
QueerTherapy | Posted On Sep 26, 2022
@ente xperience well said, I agree with you. All spaces of work and life should be made safe for all. I am guessing, few of us here have misread the intentios on LGBTQ empowerment. LGBTQ people aren't "special or they don't need reservations" We all are hoping for an accepting society and bring already much delayed changes and rights to the LGBTQ community.
Now, talking about "*** and work life" firstly let's understand the idea behind including diverse talents at work with NO discriminatory behaviour based on a person's ***, case, creed, ethnicity, sexuality and sexual orientation. ( Not to confuse with isolated ill interests based on these parameters )
inclusion at work simply means acceptance and zero discrimination based on above human parameters. It has no intentions of "mixing *** with work"
This is only to create safe space at work. And there are lot of recruiti

@manishBt The beauty of this is if you hire or get hired from this then you already are aware that the person you are hiring or the person hiring you is gay. So you can understand if the guy is staring at other guys or has some feminine behaviour. This way one can get a safe working environment |
|
No Picture SalmanDear | Posted On Oct 20, 2022
The work culture in most reputed company is gay friendly and in fact they have written polices which shows the power of inclusiveness.
The idea of people finding job is good but care must be taken to note that if you are in closet and not open in society about your sextual identity or preference , disclosing your orientation here for job may be risky.
If you are not in closet, it does not matter |
|
No Picture mat40 | Posted On Oct 21, 2022
Please be cautious when joining any company. Whether they're supposedly "gay friendly" or the boss himself is gay. There will always be something or someone to thwart a healthy working environment; why so? just because :
- If the boss is gay and he hires another gay employee, not everyone will have a mature mindset, those who are still stuck in "i hate gays' wonderland will just gossip, create an unfavourable working condition amongst co-workers, even so... brainwashing them as well into thinking that the employee must be sleeping with the boss or just about anything to add more fuel to fire. - Politics has many faces and it's there, it's thriving in ANY COMPANY. I've experienced this. Thankfully there were few good friends who always guided me. The level of back bitching and stupified questioning is just pathetic. - Just because you have a gay boss, at the end of the day, HE IS THE BOSS. If you are expecting preferential treatment, think again. At one point it will be normal, but then later on tables will turn. Plus, for whatever reason, if the work suffers, if your performance is not on par with the other employees, you wlll be reprimanded.
There will be some people who will support you and there are others who just want to bring you down. Best thing to do .... keep your sexuality private. It's of no business to anyone. Just get a job, do your work honestly and go home. |

Doesn’t the sheer amount of suggestive comments tell you how this is a bad idea? Simply put in an expression (available in many languages) YOU DONT *** WHERE YOU EAT.
There are platforms for LGBTQIA+ folks to network that does not involve in offering extra services to be hired (because there is a profession for that too). What if the hiring manager expects “favors” or what if the person hired blackmails? These compliance related nuances cannot ever be followed on a forum
But then again everyone makes a choice and if you decide to hire someone from this forum it is a decision you took (my two cents would be it is a disaster, both parties should just get linked to organizations that are already setup for this) |

There was bathroom attached so i just stoodup and went to pee.. there i found his undies stripped one and a lube with dildo i got shocked. I immediately came outside but bad luck he was already there.. with evil smile he came forward to me.
