It's a known fact that most gay men love to travel. Especially If it is a destination which is gay friendly and you can and let your guards loose nothing like it. Infact global surveys year after year announce best travel destinations globally and there are yours designed especially for LGBT. Travelling by itself is such a pleasant and a liberating experience and if it's a new place/city or a country where no one knows you the sense of freedom experienced is even bigger - no need to pretend, no one to judge us, no need to look over our shoulders to watch just being ourselves. I have always found solo travelling a liberating and a pleasant experience. I have come back from each travel feeling at peace with myself and made some great friends from across the world. Am sure there are others who would love to share their experiences from travel. However I can make a start with sharing my experience of solo travelling to various countries around the world.
Thailand as you know is a gay Mecca needs and has a visa on arrival benefit for Indian passport holders. I have probably travelled to Thailand the most because I totally love the country - Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Krabi each location is so unique and so beautiful. Usually I book hotels but my last travel I met a traveller who was staying in a hostel and encouraged me to experience it. I checkout of my hotel and checked into a hostel which was a gay one. There were dormitories with bunk beds and men from different parts of the world Canada Japan Europe Australia....it almost looked like a mini version of the globe with different nationalities. All of them sharing their experiences of travel a common bathroom some of the men from the west were mostly naked coz they found it hot. We went together to various gay places like Babylon for sauna and cruising , hit the most famous gay disco DJ station at night , go to gay gogo bars in Patpong go to massage places and get the world famous thai foot massage. Each day would start at 11AM coz we would stay outside until 2AM eat breakfast and make plans for the day. I meet people who are always willing to help and some stay in touch. I had a time of my life and I still remember the great time I had while there. That's why they say "The World is a Book and those who don't travel just read the First Page". While I love travelling with family and friends but if you want to find yourself - just try solo travel.

Again. . if you are inviting anyone to the room its all about how confident they are when entering the lobby and past the reception desk. . none of them were asked for an ID or verification when I went to places in Hyderabad or Mangalore and surrounding places. |

I have tried twice in Pune. On both occasions I was invited by a guest who had checked in on regular basis. The traveller's came to reception and led me to his room. No questions were asked. We had a drink and fun and shower together. It's was a wonderful experience. I was not asked any id though I was local. |

Some rules that I follow while bringing in a guy in my room.
1. Book 3 star and above hotel. 4 or 5 stars are better as they don't care.
2. Ask the guy to wait at hotel lobby. I go down to escort him to the room.
3. Talk with the guy for a minute in lobby and behave like you both know each other for years.
4. Once done with fun, I go with the guy and escort home out of hotel.

My Recommendations for following cities:
Jaipur: Hotel Royal Poly Victory Jaipur; Hotel is walking distance from Sindhi Bus stand. Hotel is huge and having more than 100 rooms, one day charges are in the range of 1000~2000 per day. Guest and local ids are allowed.
I mostly stay in this hotel and met with people staying in same hotel through grinder.
Ludhiana: Hotel Town House Tlksonz Ludhiana; Hotel is walking distance from Ludhiana railway Station . Hotel is huge and having more than 100 rooms, one day charges are in the range of 1000~2000 per day. Guest and local ids are allowed.
I mostly stay in this hotel and met with people staying in same hotel through grinder.

Let it be any hotel... they can't deny local IDs... local IDs are specially denied by 1star and 2star hotels...
During lockdown when every bar and restaurants were shut... I & my straight friends used to book hotel room and party.... No hanky panky... we used to check in around 10pm and check out same night by 2am...
Later they knew us well and didn't checked for IDs.... even we used to bargain to reduce the prices as we required only for few hours to chill....
BUT
If you are going there and acting girlish and if they feel you're too loud in personality then they might deny..... So act normal and don't try to exaggerate things there...

I had few bad experiences in Hyderabad hotels, hotels in secunderabad are less costly, but less hygiene and then there are hotels who have rules like bachelor's, male only groups not allowed. There was one particular oyo room which had cameras in bedroom behind mirror, which I had visited last in 2018. Hopefully it's shutdown post covid. |

There are good hotels in Amritsar near crystal chowk. If you are solo traveller you can find the people on Fb, Insta, Grindr. Not an issue for local ID.
Also hotel parkway deluxe was good just nearby to New Delhi railway station. Not a problem. Staff & reception was good to me. |

St. George Lodge near KSRTC bus stand in Ernakulam, Kerala is a gathering place for gays. Also there are some gay-friendly hotels near South and North Railway Station, Ernakulam. You can go together and take a single room or you can go as guest to your friend's room - no questions asked. |

Now a days there are capsule hotels or pods here in mumbai. They are private and for single people. Even if u book 2 seperate pods it goes cheaper than a hotel. Both of the people can go inside 1 pod close it and do the deed plus its all legal. |

Depending on number of nights u spend in Mumbai.... As a tourist I would recommend you to stay at Colaba/Bandra West/Juhu....
If you're staying for a week in Mumbai then 3 days in Colaba and other 2-4 days in Bandra West or Juhu
Travelling from one place to another is not an issue as public transport is easily available Autorickshaw (tuktuk), Cabs, Uber, Ola....
Major problem would be traffic!
Also, there are shouldn't be a problem cruising as a Caucasian but you will get many stares for sure :P

@Akshat, assuming budget is not an issue, I'd suggest Radisson Mahipalpur. The guests don't need to stop at front desk to visit you. They can directly use the lift/elevator to go to the room ( but make sure you are inviting the right people in to meet, otherwise it is inherently risky). The spa is free to use for guests. The men's locker room.gets cruisy in the evening. It has a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi. Many kocals uae the gym and then relax in the locket room after work out. Nice place to hook up. |

As it was a milking table, there was hole where we put our diks to be hanging freely. Then the girl started massaging our *** and the ladyboys got under the table. Then they started milking our diks.
