Hi @sid, do you mean the large playground opposite 18th cross busstand, more accurately opposite BWSSB office?
I was there today but lot of people walking up and down, and on their phones.
I did the same and saw a couple of cops sitting on the wall near one entrance.
So even though later I saw a couple of people looking at me when I sat on the side wall, I did not venture to make contact.
I'm not sure I was in the right ground.
There is also a smaller rectangular ground closer to PUC office but there was a big group of boys on their motorbikes just next to it, so I did not try it.

@ashwin yes I did not go inside the small rectangular ground. There was a big group of boys with motorbikes and headlights on, so I did not go inside.
Another point is that before 745pm or so, there was bright lights illuminating the ground, so it did not seem private.
I will try again when I am free at 730pm some night. |

Had been here today from 7-8. Immediately found two uncles aged 55+. As I was not comfortable, I didn’t proceed further. Met a guy from north Karnataka who I believe visits almost every day.
