Oral should also be done with condom. Although it has lower risk then ***, But STD can be easily transmitted by oral as well as it involves exchange of fluids.

1. Anyone saying "use condoms while ***" is just preaching to the choir. It's the same as smoking. You know the risks, but using or not using depends on how chutya you are. Let's not state the stupidly obvious thing here.

2. You should get your vaccines. Most important is the Hepatitis B vaccine. Compared to HIV it's more easily contagious and becomes extremely tough to deal with. Held to a gunshot, one would rather have HIV than Hep B, because it makes life so much difficult when it shows up! It's vaccine is easily available and can be administered by any doctor.

3. The other disease, according to internet statistics, that 1 out of every 3 persons having *** has, is HPV. It may not manifest into something for everyone, but just remains in your body, but when it manifests in someone, the results are *** or penal warts. In women, they easily tend to be cancer causing. In men, it's a different probability. One should first get tested for this if possible. And then take its vaccine too. It's called Gardasil and can also be easily administered by any doctor. It is advisable to still take the vaccine in case you already have it.

4. The other way to remain cautious is to inspect the genital areas of the person you're hooking up with, obviously if it's new person. Any weird structure or a foreign-lookiing object that doesn't look normal should be avoided contact with. STD's are extremely easily contagious.

5. Also try to avoid skin contact with places that are of questionable hygiene. Like some shady spas who don't change their sheets or video parlours. I remember I had got scabbies after I went to the Marol spa. It's easily curable with OTC ointment, but it's not a good thing to get it in the first place.

6. Always try to test waters with a new hookup about his comfort level with bareback ***. If he's OK with it, then probably he's not a safe *** follower. And may have exposed himself to a lot of STD's. The downside is that while doing so, he himself might feel that you're not a safe *** follower just because you're asking him if he's OK with barebacking. So try to be subtle and wise about it.

7. Always use your own condoms. Please don't get your ego in your game about "woh top hai toh usse condom lana chahiye" or "uski place hai toh usse condom rakhna chahiye" and such nonsense. You don't know what kind of condoms, beyond expiry or something that may have been in someone's wallet with lot of sharp objects like keys around, the other guy might be carrying. Condom pack being opened in front of you is not a guarantee of a safe condom. Please don't be stingy for such faltu reasons.

8. If you have a risky episode, where the seminal fluid (***) touches the inside of your *** or any cut on the body, even eyes!, and this person is of unknown or questionable medical history, you should go for a PEP medication course, which is Post Exposure Prophylaxis. HIV risk can be eliminated if PEP is started within 72 hours of exposure. This is a 30 day or so medication. Better safe than sorry. Again, please don't be a ***-head and keep on asking that person when was the last time he did an HIV test and what the results were and then decide if you wanna or don't wanna go for PEP. No one is going to say that they're positive after they have *** with you (usually).

9. Instead of asking questions and having your doubts cleared on a website where people organise orgies, have rampant unsafe *** in Imperial Cinema, cruise in the loos, exchange blowjobs with truck drivers, it's better to do a basic google search and read up from a more reliable source. You're literally being at mercy of lot of people out of whom you don't know who all are dickheads and ignorant ones. So if a guy insists you on wearing a condom before he goes down on you, don't tell him 'tumne woh ohmojo pe sukmydick ka post nahi padha kya? bina condoms blowjobs se kuch nahi hota'. That guy might've just got back from a dentist's after a lot of drilling and your *** might be resembling a sabudana wada, and that's why he might be insisting on you wearing a condom. So just go on webmd or visit a doctor and get your facts straight!

10. Finally, after all said and done, please remember that the frequency with which an average gay dude in a city has ***, there will always be a possibility that something might slip without him realising it. To reduce damage, before doing anything, and instead of remembering all the safety things, just try to think with a sane mind devoid of all horniness if you actually wanna do something that might involve risk, even if a small percentage, and think of the hassle you will have to go through later if that small percentage worked against you.

SINGLE PARTNER ***,,,,is one of the appeals by disease prevention organizations like WHO
we can test a partner before becoming physically intimate...against common diseases like HIV,Hep B and C,syphilis and herpes,
these tests are being done even before marriages these days.......it may cost money but nothing may be more important than safety in health
