Ufff yes. I still get goosebumps if i even think about this incident!!
So this incident happened with me 6 years ago. I went to my cousin reception and on my way back home, i had to drop my aunt in my car and the rest of my family went by another car... after dropping my aunt at Sindhi colony, On my way back home i saw one guy near Patny signal and he asked me for lift.. he looked very normal & average. Trust me guys i had no frikin intention for ***. He started a conversation saying i look good in the blazer and where i am coming from and all... in few mints, he suddenly put his hand on ma thigh and i immediately had a hard-on.
I asked him where is he going, he said he is going to the hospital to visit his father whose admitted and will have to relive his brother whose there since noon. I said okay i can drop him till the hosp.. while entering the hospital he said.. he know a place in this hospital and no one would come there and in 15-20 mins we can have fun and leave
i was already very tired because i danced a lot in the reception. well, The name of the hospital was Railway hosp ( mettuguda ). I parked my car removed by blazer, waistcoat and got off.. he took me towards the washroom in the hospital which was pitch dark... i was a lil scared.. but then i tot to myself its just for few mins and can release ma c** and leave..
No sooner we stepped in and unbuttoned our shirts, RPF police was whistling continuously.. i sensed something was wrong.. by the time we could button our shirts and move out of the washroom.. 2Cops came in directly with a torch and asked what are we doing here and dragged us out. my shirt was unbuttoned the other guys shirt and pant was open.. they dragged us directly to the reception.. I Initially was a lil bold enfu i said i came to visit ma friend but this guy was not even opening his *** & I was really unsure if his father was even hospitalized.. But this really didn't make any sense to the cops because we both were undressed..
F***!! the cop slapped both of us left n right.. then later they check ma pockets and found ma car keys.. they called 2 more cops to the hospital.
One cop drove my car and other was sitting next to me and other 2 cops took the other guy on their bike.. they took us directly to RPF station and made us remove our shoes and put us in the lock up..
OMG!!! i cried and cried and cried so much like a kid. The guy who took me there was put in another lockup.. i literally begged an fell on their feet to leave me .. i cried so much that i fell asleep in the lock up itself!
I suddenly woke up and the time was 7.30am and i see that the night shift cops left. I again started crying and was pleading the morning shift constable till 9.00 am. Ah!! i cried so much that ma tears and throat got so dried.. by 9.10 am the SI came in and asked who r these guys?? they told him everything and he said this does not belong to RPF just handover them to the regular cops..
We was accompanied by 2 RPF constables in my car and they took us to the regular police station. No sooner we went there both the RPF and regular constables spoke something and the RPF guys left.. Now the regular constable went in with some written document. The SI/CI there was decent enuf that no sooner he looked at me he told him to take our signatures and leave us.. i didn't even read what was written in it but overlooked its said ( 2 guys midnight were doing some newsense in the washroom and we caught them assumed they came for robbery and something, something )..
By 10.15 the head constable came and asked me how much cash i had? i said i don't have anything.. he said take me to your house, i will wait outside get 2500/- as fine and your free to go... I didn't even think twice and said okay.. while driving to ma home the constable says "u look so decent and good looking then why all these habits??? i dint utter a word.. I reached home & i was so frikin scared to go inside because i have no clue how tensed my parents were since last night because ma phone was switched off.. i stopped the car some 100 meters away and ran into ma house.. for my luck every one were so tired that they woke up an hr ago and all were asking were was i and why didn't i change?? i said ma friend met with accident and i went there and need to pay bill please give 2500/- my sis sensed something fishy and asked me if everything was ok?? i said yes and took the money and ran to the car.
The cop now got his money and now while dropping him back to the police station he says ( mera kab choosega??? - when are u gonna S*** mine ) i was so shocked to hear this.. but trust me I was so calm and numb.. he took my number and he tried calling me a couple of times. I just blocked his number and took a new sim. I have no idea what did they do to the other guy..
Lesson learnt :(

@ashish that was indeed very scary. I can only imagine what you must've gone through. I get creeped out whenever I see a guy hinting me towards the rest rooms for the same reason. I was relieved to read that it finally ended without complications.
I couldn't believe the audacity of the policeman to have asked you such a question after all that you've been through. This example of is good enough for sec 377 to be scraped off. Thanks for sharing your experience . |

I never been caught, but still I had a scary experience. When it comes to outdoor, I did once at the tirusulam station forest. Once I came back from movie and was waiting at nungambakkam station. I was at the last corner of the station and time was already 10. There were no many people. After few mins, one guy came and sat next to me. He was speaking in phone with his family members. Later he started to speak with me. He looked good and started to talk abt family too. He said that he is married and got a kid, showed those pics. After few mins, he started to talk abt sexual exp. Showed some guys and girls nude pics and videos. I freaked out, assumed as he is a physcho. But he is a cop. I literally worried that why my train hasn't yet come. Later he started to speak like a usual cop with bad words and usuage. He asked me that I should do whatever he asks, else he will book a case. I understand the situation. I was managing till my train comes. I started to speak like a slit, to avoid sharing my number. When I heard train sound, I started to leave. But he said, sit down, very harshly. Thank God, train came and there were few people. So he couldn't act weird. He asked my number, I jus blabbered with random 10 numbers and left. From that day, I stopped meeting random ppl especially from station. Also started to avoiding military haircut guys, u know what I mean. |

I was not caught but still there is a story I would like to share.
There is a lodge in Tirunelveli only gays come there but not good educated ones only labours and local gays. About lodge google SR Lodge Gay Tirunelveli it will help you.
My story is that I was staying in the lodge as I had some works and wanna have fun also. I was at the reception talking to that manager. One cop came into the lodge asked something from the manager and went. He glanced at me while talking to the manager. In sure local people in and around about the stuffs going there. I was told by an old guy that this has been gay lodge for decades even before orkut...
So cops do not matter I'm sure that cop knows that....
I was still at the reception that cop again came. Spoke to the manager and then asked about me like payyan yaaru.. Like that.
I just smiled and went to my room. Like I said its a gay lodge. So i was hooking up with somebody I heard a knock at door. Opened the door with half nude he smiled and asked charger like that...
Then I met him kin my room.. We kissed he *** my nips. He had so big ***. He said he wanted to *** me tonight ...

Having *** in public places is always a risk.
Police knows everything.
They know each and every cruising place of gays, straight guys or any other anti social activity taking place in that locality.
Its just that they let it happen and milch the cash. Who wants to kill a milch cow whilst if its giving cash milk daily?
Its just that when they need a case /cash they act like a strict officer, rest of the times they leave it as be.
I remember the incident. several years ago on one of the electric train stations i had to use the restroom. I had to wait to use the restroom
I saw one guy standing near me and smiling. One of the doors opened and to my astonishment I saw two handsome guys coming out from the restroom
I was flabbergasted and at the same time I got very *** on seeing the two guys. They really were very handsome. I really admire their courage because
the station is always crowded and how they used it without fear and contemplation.
Now that I went into the restroom to use it
There was no lock in the restroom, I had to just close the door. after 2 mts the guy who stood near me opened the door and came inside without any warning.
I was stunned, not sure whether to oblige or deny. He started removing his pants and I was little worried as it was going too fast. I just came outside because
I was literally scared as it was a railway station frequented by many people.
I just came out washed my hands and to my horror some one had noticed this and has complained to the RPF. One police came to me and asked what was happening.
I said the door was without a lock and a guy came all of a sudden, I didn't know where in the world I got the courage to speak.. He let me go off as he was too very young
and he understood the situation on seeing my hapless face. I was hell bent running away from that place before the situation would turn murkier.
I couldnot even imagine, what would have happened if caught!!

@Ashish7890: You won't believe, my eyes became wet slightly (kannu kalangiruchi!!) after reading your story. Now I understand why they are fighting to decriminalize 377. And look at that cop, not only he lured money from you but also wanted free ***. Somebody should screw him from behind!! These cops from breakfast to bed everything they need free and begging everything from people. Sometimes, I think if God is really there then why nothing is happening to these so called beggars!! |

@ashish worst experience till now I heared is yours. I caught up by local 2 times but escaped. also now days police are catching people all from crushing places and depending on the person they catch, getting approx max 5k. I know guy who gave 300 to a bullet police, same place other 2 guys caught by patrol (day time) charged 2/2.5k. these are very recent incidents. also in tirunmiyur beach one guy came and approached but when they about to start another guy came in. they both are police men and charged 5k from single guy. |

@ ashish7890 Thanks for your detailed post. All of us here can feel what you had to undergo. Everything because of that 377. Ok. This incident happened during orkut days. Trisulam station was becoming a happening place because of orkut posts. So once decided to experience it. Every time i went there. There where so many orgies and groups at almost every shrub. So started visiting that place occasionally. Onece had a great bj from a guy and was returning to the station. Just at the entrance to the main road a police guy was standing with his bike a got me. He started drilling me with questions. Luckily i told him that i came there to meet a friend and since i had to urinate had to go inside the bush. But he didnt believe me and he wanted to talk to my friend and asked me to call him. Luckily i had a good gay friend whom i can approach for help. When I called him he immediately understood the situation and gave a fitting reply to the police and that guy let me go. When i walked back to the station i could literally hear my heart pounding. |

myself got caught in trisoolam railwaystation forest with a stranger at night. suddenly 2 police caught us with torch light. the guy who *** me ran and escaped.
they slapped me and asked few questions. one of the police shouted to get inside the forest he said to remove my dress and harshly slapped till i remove my dress.
he told me to stay nude in that forest till day and after like 30 mins they left.. |

@santVel : Your comment on Thiruvanmiyur beach is scary but a few days back I was speaking to a friend over the phone near the Valmiki Nagar beach and I was engrossed in my own conversation. I saw this well built guy was talking to someone over the phone sitting on his bike. I continued to talk to my friend and this guy after a few minutes was making an eye contact which anyway I rubbished. The beach was not too crowded. As I continued talking over the phone I saw a police bike coming and the lone policeman went to the shady part and started peeing. He kept standing there and I decided to leave that place and started walking down the road. When I turned back to see I saw the well built guy in deep conversation with the policeman. While it could just be coincidence but I am thinking if these two were setting a trap for people to walk into. Else it's rather strange for a police guy to come all the way to the beach to pee and coincidentally there is another person on the beach he already knows. Or the out of box thinking is the policeman and the well built guy were a couple 😀. However stories listed above are scary. The earlier 377 is revoked the better it is for the community else the very people who are supposed to protect us will be the ones who harass us. |

I almost got caught yesterday. Picked up a guy in my car from the gay cruising area. Went to a dark area which is frequented very less by people and parked my car roadside. Finished everything, started my car and had hardly moved 300 mtrs that I saw two police bikes. I got very scared. What if they would have caught me in the act. My life would have been finished.
Friends, I know theres a kick in the risk, but what if the risk big and we have our reputation at stake. Plz play safe and have it in a safe environment.

Hi all...I got caught couple of times in Delhi and Kolkata but it was for doing nothing.
In Delhi I was in gay party. There I met a gay. We came out from party venue for some fun in the car. The moment we sat in the car don't know from where the hell cops came from. They caught us and asked for some rs.509. We gave them and they left.
Next got caught in a park while crossing via a lane which was dark and used by gays in Kolkata. All of a sudden caught me as they need some money to collect before Durga Puja festival. They took me to the police station and asked for 100 rupees with my name and address. I gave all false credentials and money and they released me.
Since I look northy and don't know Tamil very well, have the advantage of not lured or chased by cops. |

Guys, it's a 100 % misconception to believe that if Section 377 is scrapped none would be arrested for having fun in public places like beach, toilets, railway stations, parks etc.
Even if Section 377 is scrapped, a person can be arrested & imprisoned for having gay fun or any kind of physical fun in public places under the Sections 292, 293 & 294 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with the Public Indecency and obscenity in public. There are few other sections under which a person may be arrested for having fun in a public place.
What the scrapping of Section 377 would do is that it would remove the illegality of the homosexuality per se, and that would not provide immunity for someone from arrest if he has fun in a public place, which is covered under various other sections apart from Section 377. |

First understand outdoor and public place are not same in the eyes of law. Outdoor can involve private place, lonely areas, remote areas, prohibited area and public/crowded places. Only certain areas are vulnerable. I have done few. It is all how you plan your actions and where you exhibit.
Police are also of different character. Some look for money, some do their duty, some want to participate, some want to show their uniform power without arrest. |

Guys this is the latest atrocities of homophobia. One of my friend (rather acquaintance I would say) is a frequent visitor of thiruvanmiyur bus depo (the loo at the back side) which is a famous crusing spot. He picks up guys there and take them to his house and enjoys. Several times I have advised not to do so. Last Saturday as usual he went there for cursing and was instantly attracted towards a tall well built guy who was starring at him. He went to the old toilet and the new guy followed him. There, the new guy kept starring at my friend and dint proceed further. My friend got suspicious and came out of the toilet and went to the bench near the buses. That new guy followed him and sat near him. My friend asked him why is is continuously being followed. That guy immediately asked "do you have place". My friend got tempted. He said yes and asked him to come to his house. As they where traveling, that new guy said he wanted to have some tea. So my friend stopped near a tea shop. As they where waiting for the tea that new guy got a call and he moved aside. Then after having tea he started smoking (just to buy time). My friend became restless and was about to move. At that time another guy entered the picture and both of them got hold of my friend. They started threatening him saying that they are actually cops and where there to catch the gays. They started verbally abusing and harassing him to such an extend that everybody in the tea shop started starring at them. This had continued for 1/2 hr and my friend was almost in tears. Finally they asked my friend to write a self explanatory letter saying that he had approached one of those guys for ***. Then they had taken all the information about his family, house and other personal information and started demanding money. Finally my friend had to give them around 17,000 Rs (they where insisting on Rs25,000). They had taken the letter and have also taken the debit card and have threatened my friend to deposit another Rs10,000 in the bank account by Monday. Today he was not even able to talk to me coherently. He is not well educated and doesnt come from a well to do background. So guys please be very very careful. Also if you know of any NGOs or lawyers who can help him please inbox me. |

A clarity. Section 377 talks only of unnatural *** and they have not defined what it means .. usually its assume that carnal.*** is unnatural. But there is no way except pic or video to prove it. So policemen do those things only to milch money. Don't give in to.their pressure . Speak boldly.from initially itself. Be confident and make them realise that you are not some scared nameless guy. It's very unfortunate these things are happening. Disgrace to police because of few shits. |

Today I got caught by a police (I don't know for sure). He asked me about some address. But I ignored him. Then he took off his hat. He was wearing a normal dress. He said he was watching me when I talked to a guy. He says they were investigating a CM's son's case. He said he got suspicious of me. Then he started to threaten me. Only by giving money about 20000 or more, i will let you go or talk to the DC and bring your parents. I was so not ready for that. All I did was staying there until 10pm and talked to a guy, that's all. Now I'm very suspicious of him. Is he truly a police or a fake one tried to rob me?
In the end, I had to give him 500. I had no other choice. In future, everyone be aware of these things. Robbery by fake police. |

@Raxana About 8 years back once i went to marina at around 10 PM for cursing. I saw a guy chasing another guy like hell. The guy who was running was a typical local guy and was having a purse in his hand and the guy who was chasing was pretty decent and was running behind the localite. I could imagine what could have happened. I saying this because many such criminal events happen in marina. Especially one has to be very careful with localites. |

Ya.. I have gotten by Police.. Let me share the story with u guys...
6 months before, one day i was so ***.. and i can't my feelings on that day.. And i can't find anyone on online to plan for fun.. So I decided to go for railway station to find some guys.. Almost in every electric railway stations we can find the guys after 9 PM at the end of every platform.. I decided to find some guy at Chrompet railway station...
When I landed in station, without any deviation i have reached the corner of the Chrompet railway station Platform No 1 & 2 (towards Tambaram).. There were lot of sitting benches empty.. i sat in a bench. And i wearer a shorts without any inner and a round neck tshirt.. just i sat and i made a phone call to one of my friend.. By talking with phone, my eyes were searching for guys.. i can find so many guys.. just i observed all the guys... After 10 mins, one guy (probably 35 age) men came and sat in the opposite bench. I looked him.. He just sat and doing something in mobile.. He rubbed his hand with his *** over pant oftenly. And he also looked at me for every 30 to 40 seconds.. but I not interested with the him.. because he was dirty... So I looked somewhere else and search for my partner... But still he continue and rubbing the *** and looking me.. I too looked him sometimes just to know what is he doing... He was looking me...And i too looked him.. He placed his one hand with *** over pant and one hand with boobs over shirt.. At one stage, he looked everywhere and started to remove the zip from pant.. I decided that ok he so *** better we leave from here... He removed the zip and he inserted his hand into his pant.. i moved from there and went to near to the station name board .. Three were also so many guys have shown their *** just by passing the urine..
Now Here also, one 25 age guy came and stand near to me.. Till now i was in phone only.. I was talking only ... He came near to me and looked me. I moved from him but he still cam near to me again and again.. i just looked him and ask like what by head expression... He suddenly stand and do a lip kiss for me... We both hugged tightly and kiss on each other lips deeply... And more important he was not wear a single cloth ... After few mins, again he kneel down and started to ***.. That's was an awesome experience... OPEN PLACE. DEEP ***... WOW.... After 15 mins, he told me enough let we go.. But still now i have not ejacuate my ***... But ok.. i asked him just open his *** and i do mastrubate and out my *** in his *** and face... He tasted the ***.. and cleaned my *** again with hus tougue.. Once he drank all the ***, he just said thanks.. And too said thanks.. he immediately weared all the cloths.. and ready to move.. And i asked him that is there any other exit points without reach the station.. he asked me why.. i told him that it will be better if can avoid the station ... Somehow my mind told that don't go to the station... But he told no other exit points just come don't panic like that... Now also he moved first and i followed him... Once we reached the station, immediately two policeman touched our shoulders... They were not in uniform.. we tried to escape but they caught ua..
Immediately they have asked me to give my mobile and purse.. i said why sir.. he said to me that hey.. already i knew all the things .. if you not taken, then i ll slap u.. i decided that ok we have caughtrn and there's no way now to escape.. so I decided to cooperate for their action...
One police enquired me and another one enquired him separately.. Now only i looked that if I see tha place from here, then everything which we have done can clearly see... The police man again and again told me that speak the true one and i won't slap u like that.. At one stage, i promised him that ok sir I will tell everything... And i have told all the things.... After that story he just smiled and started to advice me..
After sometimes he was talking like friend to me.. after an hour , he told me that ok this should be tha last them.. i shouldn't see you again here and I u what to enjoy do it inside tour home and don't do it here like that he told.. And one more incident also ge explains that on the same place where we have done, there was a robbery two days before..
And he asked me to give 1000 rs or else i ll take me to station like that.. and i devised to give it.. he have taken 1000 rs from my purse and handovered all my belongings to me and asked me to go in next train... I said ok sir but what about him like that i asked... He told me that don't worry... We will enquire and leave him also.. i said ok sir..
Next train came and i boarded on that.. but still now they have asked quiers to him... The train moved on and left from station..
The one advice which have been from the policeman was 'When u have caughten by any police at anytime, don't try to lie with them..Because a policeman can find the criminals in the way of they look and talk like that..And they suspect you almost once they confirmed only.. if u tell the truth , definitely they will help based on the situation..'
This was my story.... But you shouldn't imagine this type of police all the time.. So be careful when you do in outdoor or in public... By a luck, i have caughten by a Good Police..

And heres my experience.
I was caught once, saw others got caught once.
first incident occured in sholinganallur marsh, right opposite to eta.
I am a bird photographer, so one day was busy shooting winter birds, in sholinganallur wetland, and soon it became dark..
Alas, i lost my purse, during my photography session, came to know only when i was packing my gears and about to leave the place..It was already seven, quite dark..
There was some construction work going around this place, north indian construction workers were roaming there, probably to smoke and pass some time..
One guy noticed me and helped me to find my purse.. Then when i was about to leave, he asked me whether i have any *** movies in my phone..
I said no, but had only one bj gay ***.. he was ok with it. he saw that while rubbing his ***..it was quite dark and secluded and he was in early twenties, hot and well build,
i asked him can i *** his ***.. Without any hesitation he offered his ***.. it was quite big and fleshy, enjoyed a bj session hugged and kisssed him..
When i was about to leave a policeman came there for patrolling by then the boy had left, but cop found something fishy
He asked what am i doing here, i told entire incident about photography and my purse ..
But i never knew he saw my bj session with that guy.. He threatened and warned me never to do such offense in public again, i apologized and left that place!!!
Incident #2.
There used to be a woods area, in thorapakkam next to bus sttand and gay fun activitiess was quite common those days,(not now).,
i wanted to explore that place but never had courage.. one day after buillding enough courage, i started to enter into the woods, acting as if i am peeing(mind you, it was 9pm, and that place was so dark as like being haunted... out of the blue sudenly two cops came out of the woods, with three guys, holding their collars and beating them, and those three guys were caught, having fun inside the woods..they asked me what i am doing here, i told i justt came to pee. cop asked cant you pee, on road side itself, then asked me to leave the place and never try to come inside the woods, as it is full of snaked, and illegal guys..i said ok and never ever visited that place..

Today I had a bad experience in Velachery railway station ground. I saw one person is got by mufty police ( I think he told lie). He slapped my man and took 500 rs. My man was frustrated and left the place. The *** person is also went. My question is now section 377 is legally accepted only. Then why they are doing like this ?? People having knowledge of laws please tell us how to handle those situations.
Note : we didn't do anything in public. We went inside the ground nobody can see us like type.. |

Couple of months before , Me and my friend had a awesome beach *** in a deserted beach midnight. While we finished and returned back to ur bikes , two police men saw us and said its not appropriate time. Asked for 500rs each :p . |
