Out of curiosity....how many of you inculcate fitness regime(*** not included ;) ) in your daily lifestyle or are into fitness industry ...was curious to know abt the lifestyle of people over here :p yup I know weird topic over here

from last one year i have started to do jogging. also,i have started doing few bodyweight exercises. the result is i have shredded few kgs and got more confident.The purpose of getting into fitness was i used to fall ill almost every month which is now almost reduced to zero but once i started to see the results I am pushing myself more so that muscular men will like me.I still have traces of chubbiness in my looks and i m controlling few diet rules and excercises for improvement.I never did any weight training till now but planning to start once I am very much comfortable with bodyweight excercises.One of the benifits is also that I started getting morning wood which I didnt used to get before. Thanks a lot for starting this thread. |

I have started Surya namaskar. Initially started with 12, now count is 18. I do it daily in the morning. Feeling really energetic. |

I walk everyday for around 35 minutes. then some stretching. Then I use an app called 8fit and exercise using that. I have again started doing weights. I also used to do breathing exercises as taught in brahmavidya. |

For me few key targets are 1) daily atleast 10k steps and 6 floor climbing up/ down) daily at least 30 minutes exercise with hr 130 bpm and abv ( fitness band help uou) and total exercise duration 70 minutes 3) diet: protein intake high and very low carb, following keto diet week in 6 months, no carbs in dinner, calorie intake shall be BMR Minus 300; nuts and seeds till 6pm; oolong green tea and chamomile tea etc etc |

And more importantly keep on changing schedules often. Body does not like surprises and sheds off quickly if u change routine whether exercise or diet |

There is youtube fitness channel called as gurumann fitness. It talks about diet, exercise, what to eat what not to, how to read product labels, suggest you to follow dis. Again i m.promoting him as found this useful and dont hv any commercial benefits involved |

@ premdadar: if u r falling sick often suggest to improve immunity. Immunity goes up by vitamin c. Try one orange every day. Dabur chayanprash sugerfree is 70% amla. Try it and feel difference...tx gurumann fitness |

Good to hear that people do try to workout on their fitness in the busy schedule...I basically try to workout for like 5 days a week,try to cover 10k steps a day,eat clean.... Just a basic suggestion avoid processed food and packaged food...they might be easily available but they do harm to body in.longterm |

I Gym regularly and also go walking and use stairs instead of lifts.very concious of what I eat.
Got a nice hard slim body but have to work on my abs.lol it's bulging. |

Guys dont think, just join gym. Initially few days u may not feel like going to gym as yr body may not lyk changes. Push yourself and be determined. Start gradully. Have a persinal trainer to start if u r beginner. Eat light n lift heavy. Always think, if u spend 4 hrs less in cruising n devote same tym in gym every week, your results everywhere will b better whether body or quality of guys or hit rate. Just my way of motivating you guys, sorry if u dont like it |

It's just gym but you can even start with home workout... consistency needs to be developed...ek din Gaya and char din Muth maara types attitude doesn't work...even you don't get time make sure you can shell 15 mins of time |

now that u hav taken topic of ek din gaya and char din muth mara,i want to know if masterbation really affects muscle gains.say if i masterbate twice/thrice a week will it afftect my health? except for Guru man all other fitness youtubers say that it doesnt affect our gains. being a corporate worker my goal is just to have an ideal body that i will not be ashamed to show in public. i dont want body like professional body builder. when i get back from running i feel *** in the night but i control my emotions rather than masterbating. still want to hear from someone who regulary hits gym and also fucks. |

Anything overdone affects your body...so masturbating in a healthy manner doesn't really affect a bit..bcoz it pretty natural that's is something your body can take but getting obsessed with it will definitely take a toll to your body...so chill... workout,be fit, ***,***...just be healthy |

Recently a few guys complimented my ***. So this has motivated me to concentrate on developing strong & shapely glutes. 1. Lunges (Front/ back/ sideways - free & with weights)
2. Squats (free & with weights)
3. Donkey kicks
4. On all fours & lifting each leg in turn upwards (like a dog peeing!)
