theres always someone looking to *** or be *** down there.9pm to 12 theres alot of action.after midnight it slows down abit but if anyone is down there you can bet thats what their looking for.just drive by a parked car and hit your brakes a couple timesand in they do the same go back and see whats up.be careful though.most are cool but did see someone get beat up while hooking up down there.
