Gym with open culture about nudity, in Pune

Guys,

I just returned from a european country very recently, after my assignment got over. I spent around 8 months in Europe. There, I used to go to a gym. There were ppl from many races coming to the gym. After the workout, in the changing room, steam room, shower, guys use to walk around nude very casually. Do we have such gyms in Pune?

In the last week, i tried to be boldly nude in front of other guys in the steam room. There were 2 young guys who seemed to be ok with my nudity. Later an old man in 50s came in the steam room, and asked to not sit nude, and wrap a towel.

Do we have any gyms in Pune, where nudity is not a taboo, and is acceptable?

No Picture needlove	Posted On Jan 1, 2019 Seriously it's very comfortable to be nude in locker room. You are pumped up, flexing muscles . Just that sweaty peice of cloth around the privates is realy not required I wud love to go to such gym. But the problem here is of course taboo and the locker rooms are small so are steam rooms. Unlike their European counterparts
NottyHotty1	Posted On Jan 2, 2019 dude. its their culture... its very normal to be nude is steam/ sauna/ shower etc.... you go to any gym in europe.... its similar there... even in hotel sauna and showers guys are openly nude... so its more of culture... in India being nude is not that popular

Due to my voyagering likings, during my college days, I used to peep in into the hostel bathrooms, and was surprised to see guys bathing wearing underwear even inside locked bathroom. Discussion is different, but yes, nudity is shameful thing in India.

No Picture Noughty_pie	Posted On Jan 5, 2019 yeah same thing i felt when i came back from lausanne a year back. and coz of dat in lockerroom most of the time i used to remove undi withought towel in pune too, i never got any complaint but i didnt felt comfortable when i saw eyes of guys those wear brifs under compress shorts and brifs under boxers.😆 but ppl like us can take initiate to make things, i am already doing dat though😄
No Picture HeadsTailsAndHo	Posted On Jan 5, 2019 Yes Agree with NoughtyPie The folks who have returned back from Western world, or who are already open and comfortable to nudity, can take initiative and cane bring nudism in locker rooms and steam rooms of gyms. Just sit naked in steam room. While changing to gym cloths or removing gym cloths after exercise, don't use towel. Many others who are hesitant to do so, so far, due to multiple reasons, can start following the same practice. May be in few weeks u will get nudism (healthy) in your gym. Similarly the *VIRUS* 😆😆😆 can spread to other gyms and other cities too.

There was a Gym, pool, Steam, Jacuzzi and a TV room where Gay *** movies running continuously. There were many rooms also. You can enjoy BJ or hard core in TV room or in a room. "Paisa vasul"
No Picture micky88	Posted On Mar 2, 2019 Yeah..i do the same..in Europe i was to go to nude parks and gym..used to be naked in the changing room always..tried to do that mant times in the gym in Pune..have not had any problems till now so will continue to do so..we can change the mens room culture in india..dont know why India which was once a country completely open to nudity has now reservatipns for it after the colonial and mughal rule..

No Picture micky88	Posted On Mar 4, 2019 Dont tell Indian culture dude..u have to know more abt it then..Indian culture is full of nudity and completely accepts it..Naga sadhus..digambar sadhus..paintings depicted in palaces and temples are all of *** and nudity..not until very far women used to bath in full public rivers and lakes full nude with their friends..for guys nudity was completley accepted in every form..bathing in river to taking nude massages and being nude in public..It was only these britishers and mughals who imposed their own customs and traditions on us and made it a taboo to be nude and now these policeman just want to exploit money from people in name of any broken law..
No Picture Funtimefun	Posted On Jun 9, 2019 I'd like to share an experience. There's a well-known gym in kothrud very close to citypride. I'm a member of this gym. Yesterday evening, i was working out quite late and the gym was about to close in 15 mins after I completed my workout. I was feeling pumped up, and wanted to take a steam and bath. When i entered the steam room, the steam was just switched on. There was a nice muscular guy only in his undies sitting on the bench. I too was waiting for the steam. After around 2 mins another muscular guy came in. Looks like they both were friends. When the other guy came in, the first guy requested me "Hi dude, we are going to remove our undies and ger completely naked. We are not gays, but we would be getting naked. If you are not comfortable, could you please come after 10 mins". I said " I'm ok with it, I was abroad for few months, so its quite normal for me, and I would also remove my undies, if you don't mind". They said they are fine, and we all got naked. They were just chatting normally. After sometime the housekeeping guy knocked the door and informed us that he is switching off the steam. We all were sitting until the steam went off. One guy was fair and having a nice thick dark ***, the other guy was having an average one. I'm finally happy that atleast some people have started realizing that nudity is not a taboo.
No Picture rajrahein36	Posted On Jun 15, 2019 hi, i would like to share an experience.... it was @ 4/5 years back.. i was doing gym at endurance... above city pride kothrud. now its closed.. i generally use do do some cardio, steam & gym..there was showers & steam connected to each other. and the whole was connected to changing room. the showers were like only with curtains on the external side and had a fixed partition in between. i have seen couple of guys having nude showers while passing through like in glimpses. , 2 /3 times i seen couple of guys having naked steam there. even i joined them.... i think now a days its slowly coming out of its taboo. its good if you have such a nice group for such activities.

But just last week I accidentally got two dudes having kissing in steam. While that time once I entered there they moved away even I behaved like I have not seen anything. Anyway but still I see many guys take shower together. In my gym there are just three shower stalls and two of them don't have compartment. All three showers stalls have only curtains. While peak time many guys takes shower together. Even while having steam also many guys try to close each other. Try to have bare body touch each other but nudism still not observed. Let's see if 2-3 guys nudist guys may get could try there in my gym.

It was a Friday evening and Diwali period so very few ppl. After my session of chest, shoulder, triceps I went to the steam room. Since there was no one around I decided to shed my towel. I was doing some of my streches and in the middle a handsome hunk entered the steam. I was completely naked, so I apologized to him and started to wrap my towel but he said it's ok and that he was staying in Europe last year so is used to see guys naked in gym. And with that even he took of his undies and was naked. He had an awesome week cut enormous c@ck. We chatted some time and soon enough the subject went to ***. He said he was gay and not in any relationship. This literally sent me through Haven. And one thing led to other and we had a nice session in the steam room. Since it was getting late the last of the gym instructor came to check on is and caught us while I was f@#$_&g him. And even he joined us.
Arpanpnq	Posted On Jan 30, 2022 Now a days a lot of straight men, especially who’re NRIs or are from the west go totally nude in the mens changing rooms in some select proper gyms. . Location- Nitrro Gym, usually 1.30 pm: 2-3 men from Israel strip down completely and go for a shower, and they don’t rush, they take their nice time while being naked. . Also sometimes at 3.30 pm, theres one guy I know (he’s an NRI from Texas) he goes nude and has a conversation with others too, while he’s naked. He’s quite hung and talk, and more than anything he’s very confident! It’s so difficult to look into his eyes and talk when he’s talking to me. He’s 100% straight, he knows I’m gay, but I don’t make him uncomfortable and I don’t hit on him. .

I just shifted towards that area and I wonder that gym in that location - posh one... and I was exploring option which gym should I join since I thought the Nittrro gym is meant for that society and not outsiders... just realized on website... yeeeeeehhhh, now i got one... i keep my fingers crossed to get some good friends at gym... relocated two years ago to pune and lockdown started, i dont wanna hang around with my peers from hospital for dirty politics stuff...

But once to NDA to drop 1 guy with family, when I went till his room, I found another boy was taking nude shower in open bathroom for everyone's view. When I was in Singapore, I used to see all nude men in changing rooms of Gym or swimming pool. I got so used, I used to go nude with my small kid and it was very very normal. But one day I found 1 old guy had entered the room and doing nothing except watching all nude men. Here in India, talking about nudity is a big taboo. But I want to try going nude in some woods or on a beach.

A country of Kamasutra, Naked carving on various temples across India, 1.7B population talking cultural purity is bit hypocritical to me. People confuse nudity in Gym and cruising. You go to Japanese Sento (traditional bathhouses), Korean Jjimiljilbang (bath houses) , adn you see male nudity, so this is not some "western" concept. When you are comfortable in your own skin, and respectful of each others personal space, then there is no hesitance in nudity. Indians are self conscience of their own body and cannot accept accept their own body, so use the guise of "Indian culture" to hide their insecurity. A country of Kamasutra, naked carvings on temple walls, naked sadhus and population of 1.7b is surely insure in its own skin. To all the people who have been western saunas, showers or gym can vouch all men from different race, age, body types were stripping and no one bat an eye lid, this makes it comfortable for everyone to strip and be by themselves. The body acceptance comes from young age. In schools, these men and women take showers in school after gym class or sports practice where all the team mates, classmates shower nude, so they learn to accept your body and dont feel embarrassed by nudity. I doubt if there is even one school in India that has bathrooms for their athletes to shower after practice. This lack of body acceptance and phobia of nudity is then further perpetuated at home when parents make you embarrass by either changing the channel or yelling the kid for watching dirty things on TV. Body acceptance and body positivity starts at home. Once you start accepting that not about yourself but also about others, then the change will start.

Steam operates in 3 days a week PPL usually wear undies or wrapp a towel and get inside. Absolutely nothing sexy about it.
