Washing smegma won't wash out any viruses & bacteria dude.
HPV is the most dangerous std currently after HIV , which Is spreading due to skin to skin contact.
HPV is causing tsunami in female partners of gay men, & the children whom are kissed by these gay men are also getting this virus & suffering in hospitals with throat infections & fever. |

Syphlis is easily tranamitted in skin to skin contact. Vdrl test needed to detect it. If untreated it has impact on brain.syphlis infection asymptomatic in most case's either dermentologist will detect or regular std panel test or vdrl help |

You can book online tests for STI.
Don’t delay, if anytime you feel you should get tested , get it done then.
Later stages of STI are difficult to treat and possibly you spreaded these to your family & others.

Syphilis is spreading very very rampant and is very common. Also happpens due to orals.. hence always use condoms even for orals. Further pls take all vaccines of HPV, Hepatitis B. These are commonly available with most doctors. There is a very good doctor clinic in south mumbai who specialises in these with all confidentiality maintained. You can visit there. |

What to watch out for on serious note: HIV, HPV, HSV
While PReP and PeP are available for HIV, and maybe in few years we will have first vaccine, but HPV and HSV still go untreated, The virus stays for life with you
STIs are not something afraid of or make a stigma around it, They're treatable, although if untreated, they turn fatal
Syphillis is very common these days, I have hearing so many cases of it, ohmojo don't like me prescribing drugs thus here I will only say,
get a VDRL test done, if titers above 1:8, get a TPHA test done and see your physician, they will jab you with penicilin (in case you're not allergic)
or they will go the other way, will put you on doxy orally for 30 days
Watch out for HPV and HSV!!!
and do not discriminate against positive people, atleast queers shouldn't show such kind of stigma, when HIV was actually a **gay disease**
Gays just have too much random hookups, you have accepted it, so accept the risk which comes along with it, don't stigmatize it |

@hung even prep is not 100% safe as discussed with doctors they inform 30days full doze needed without miss with lever failure chances. For HPV and herpies now vaccine available. But for gonorrgea cladimia and syphlis no vaccine successful research going on. |

You can use flavour condom which can stop to spread HPV and always make sure use condom for safty and for HPV if you hve warts you can easily become normal after your immune system become strong but please use condom for oral also |

Yea no vaccine for a syphilis.. vaccine is for Heptatis B and HPV. everyone pls take these vaccines. For syphilis the treatment is simple if detected. 3 shots of penicillin. If the treatment is taken all gets well. However if not treatment then syphilis turns bad. Orals with condom only please. |

Param most of us go with strangers as well. How will we know whether the person is free from any infections. They may just say anything. Hence always better to be with condoms for orals also.
Nawabiia : the general stis to be tested are syphillis hepB gonorrhea herpes Clydamia hiv and hpv .. when u select a package most of these would be covered in that |

So which combination of medicine is more effective in PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) ?
In NACO website it is mentioned as [ Tenofovir (300 mg) + Lamivudine (300 mg) + Dolutegravir (50 mg) (FDC: One tablet OD) ]
However, Consulted Doctor prescribed as 2 meds and asked me to use anyone of them?
1) Viraday Tablet [ Emtricitabine (200mg) + Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (300mg) + Efavirenz (600mg) ] manufactured by Cipla
2) Spegra Tablet [ Dolutegravir (50mg) + Emtricitabine (200mg) + Tenofovir Alafenamide (25mg) ] manufactured by Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd
If there is any health professional who knows this subject can plz guide on this? I'm confused and don't want to go blindly.. Also is there any PEP combination of medicine in low cost also? as these are costing around 4K nearly..
Its been two hours since I have met one of the partner but during the action safety was torn and I dont want to take any risk and wanted to be in PEP medication for 28 days as doctor prescribed.
